| Diabetes foot is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes patients.Due to the worsening of the condition, patients may experience symptoms such as infection, ulcers,or tissue damage in their feet, even leading to amputation or death. The main reason for the occurrence and deterioration of diabetes foot is abnormal foot pressure.Wearing appropriate footwear can effectively relieve the pressure and reduce the probability of occurrence and deterioration of diabetes foot.Mass produced footwear has issues such as discomfort with patient foot characteristics and excessive local pressure.Personalized customized shoes can solve the above problems, but currently, most customized shoes rely on pure manual design and processing, resulting in low production efficiency and inconvenient adjustment and modification. Therefore, the focus of this study is to improve the effectiveness and fitness of the design of diabetes foot decompression footwear, optimize the design and production process of existing diabetes foot footwear, and improve the personalized customization efficiency of diabetes foot decompression footwear.Through analyzing and studying the characteristics of pressure reducing footwear, the research project has designed and developed a model of diabetes foot footwear, and compiled a parametric modeling program for personalized pressure reducing footwear. This program can quickly update the model according to the changes in foot feature data, abnormal positions, air hole density, aperture size, upper and sole thickness, lattice structure and density. The most important abnormal positions are located using thermal imaging technology. After the final determination of the model, integrated pressure reducing footwear was obtained through UV curing printing technology. In the experimental research stage, the pressure test system and the visual simulation scale were used to verify the effectiveness of pressure relief shoes from the objective and subjective levels, and a complete solution was achieved to manufacture personalized pressure relief shoes for diabetes feet through parametric reverse modeling technology and 3D printing technology. This study demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of using thermal imaging technology to locate foot pressure anomalies,as well as the parameterized reverse design process in the design of pressure reducing footwear. The research results provide new design ideas for personalized customization of medical footwear, and also have certain reference value for the customization of other parameterized products. |
