With the progress of the times and the development of technology,more and more electronic products and related devices are widely used in daily life and military,resulting in increasingly serious electromagnetic pollution.Electromagnetic wave absorbing materials become very important.However,traditional electromagnetic wave absorbing materials(metal powders,graphite,etc)have limited absorption bands,high specific gravity,and are prone to detachment,which cannot adapt well to different environments,It is difficult to meet the needs of civilian life and military aspects,so new electromagnetic wave absorbing materials(such as nano absorbing materials,conductive polymers,etc)have emerged.They have the advantages of light weight and good electromagnetic wave absorption effect,adapt to various different environments,and meet the requirements of military and civilian aspects.Therefore,the preparation of excellent and lightweight new electromagnetic wave absorbing materials is a problem that needs to be solved in the current research of absorbing materials.In order to develop a new type of electromagnetic wave absorption material,through a large number of literature review,it is found that sulfide has a lot of research in the field of microwave absorption,but selenide has very little research in the field of microwave absorption,and selenium and sulfur are homologous elements.Therefore,selenide also shows certain potential in microwave absorption.In this paper,the mono selenide MSe2(M=Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)was first prepared by hydrothermal method.It was found that the reflection loss of CoSe2 reached-45.42 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth was 1.70 GHz;NiSe2 has a reflection loss of-26.60 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.06 GHz at the absorption layer thickness of 2.5 mm.Other monobasic selenide compounds show good wave absorption performance.In the study of wave absorption performance of mono selenide,the sample filling amount is 60%,and the wave absorption performance is good,but the existing problem is that the sample filling amount is high and the quality is relatively heavy.In view of the high demand for wave absorption materials,considering whether to introduce two or more kinds of metal ions to improve its performance,the subsequent study of multi-component selenide will be carried out,and the sample filling amount of multi-component selenide will be adjusted to 50% to reduce the quality,Reduce the filling amount of multi-component selenide and explore its wave absorption performance.In the research of multi-component selenide,the excellent performance is(Ni2Cu2Co)Se10,the reflection loss value is-44.12 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 2.04 GHz.The mono to poly selenide prepared in this paper have wave absorption performance,especially the poly selenide,whose minimum reflection loss is below-20 dB,have excellent performance.In this study,selenide microwave absorbing materials were prepared by changing the addition amount and combination of metal chlorides.This study provides a simple way for the preparation of selenide,and provides a new idea for the design and preparation of efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials. |
