With the development of economy and society, ordinary concrete material have increasingly failed to meet the requirements of construction projects.Compared with ordinary concrete, the mechanical properties of rubber concrete are reduced, but its durability, toughness, impact resistance, noise reduction and sound insulation and other properties will be improved to varying degrees, and it also solves the recycling problem of waste rubber, reduces environmental pollution, and is beneficial to the sustainable development of the environment. At present, there is little research on rubber concrete, and it is impossible to make rubber concrete widely used in practical projects. In this paper, rubber concrete was prepared by adding 3 kinds of particle sizes of 60~80mesh,30~40 mesh,20~30 mesh and 4 kinds of rubber particles with different dosages of 5%,10%,15% and 20% into concrete, and its mechanical properties and durability were studied, and the specific results are as follows(1)After incorporating rubber particles, the mechanical properties of concrete are reduced. The rubber particles were replaced by the equal volume substitution method for the fine aggregates in the concrete, and the compressive strength and flexural strength of each group of concrete specimens were tested separately. The results show that the incorporation of rubber will reduce the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, when the dosage is 5%,the compressive and flexural strength of rubber concrete is the highest, and when the dosage increases, the strength also decreases, when the amount is increased, the compressive strength of the three particle sizes is reduced by 16.4%,26.42% and 30.05% compared with the benchmark concrete, and the flexural strength is reduced by 1.69%,2.75% and 3.81%respectively compared with the benchmark concrete. The greater the impact on the strength of concrete.(2)After incorporating rubber particles, the frost resistance of concrete is improved. When the rubber content is 15%,the freeze-thaw times are 50,75 and 100 times, respectively, the mass loss rate is 0.16%,0.31% and 0.38%,which is the lowest mass loss compared with other dosages, the dynamic elastic modulus decreases small, and the frost resistance is better.(3)After the incorporation of rubber particles, the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete is improved within a certain dosage range. With the increase of rubber content, the impermeability of concrete first improves and then decreases, when the rubber content is 5%,the electrical flux is the smallest, the impermeability is better, and after more than 5%,the electrical flux will increase,so the improvement effect of anti-seepage is best when the amount is 5%.(4)After the incorporation of rubber particles, the sulfate erosion resistance of concrete is improved within a certain range. The dry and wet cycle method was used for testing, the quality of concrete in the early stage of erosion increased, but the change was not much, and the strength was also improved compared with the benchmark concrete, and the compressive strength of 60 dry and wet cycles increased by 7%,12%,21%,4%,6%,11%,12%,3%,10%,13%,14%,24% respectively when the strength reached the highest, and the strength decreased faster in the later stage, reaching 150 dry and wet cycles, the strength was reduced by 4.8%compared with the dry and wet cycle,respectively,4.1%,0.9%,15.7%,16.1%,8.6%,8.8%,20.7%,18.9%,8.5%,9.2%,22.0%,10.3%,within a certain range, when the amount increases, the strength will also be improved, and the rubber concrete is resistant to sulfate erosion Can be improved,if the amount is too much,it will cause a decrease in strength, and with the increase of the erosion cycle, the strength will also decrease, and the particle size is the best improvement effect in the range of 60~80 mesh.
