| After the 19 th CPC National Congress,China’s economy has shifted from rapid development to medium-high speed,and the socialist national economy has entered a stage of high-quality development,which requires that economic growth and environmental protection must be taken into account.Through agglomeration,industries give full play to their advantages in scale economy and scope economy,strengthen the spatial correlation between industries,and promote economic development.To achieve high-quality economic development,we must shift the focus of development from low-level and large-scale expansion to raising green total factor productivity,and take the road of intensive and green development.Therefore,how to give full play to industrial agglomeration effect to improve green total factor productivity is of practical significance to achieve high-quality economic development.Cities play an indelible role in social and economic development.The dependence of development paths among different cities is different,which leads to different cities being independent and connected with each other,with spatial relevance.Therefore,considering the correlation of urban space,this paper focuses on how the development of agglomeration efficiency of industry and service industry affects the growth rate of urban green total factor productivity.This paper focuses on how industrial agglomeration affects the total factor productivity of urban green under the regional spatial correlation of urban agglomeration.Firstly,this paper adopts the statistical data of major cities in China from 2005 to 2019,and uses malmquistLuenberger index based on DEA method.To measure the green total factor productivity growth rate of 284 cities in China,beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration,Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration,and analyze the overall characteristics and interregional characteristics.Then,from the perspective of industrial agglomeration,the impacts of various industrial agglomeration methods(diversified agglomeration and specialized agglomeration)on green total factor productivity in cities are analyzed,and empirical tests are carried out through quantitative methods.Finally,the paper explores the realization path of industrial agglomeration to improve urban green total factor productivity and puts forward targeted suggestions.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn: First,the growth rate and decomposition of China’s urban green total factor productivity are in the stage of fluctuation from 2005 to 2009,in the stage of improvement from 2009 to 2012,and in the stage of stability from 2012 to 2019.Second,there is an "inverted U-shaped" relationship between industrial specialization agglomeration and urban green total factor productivity,which increases first and then decreases,while there is an "U-shaped" relationship between industrial diversification agglomeration and urban green total factor productivity,which decreases first and then increases.Third,in the impact of industrial agglomeration on green total factor productivity,spatial correlation plays a positive moderating effect.In the specialization cluster,the spatial correlation will make the inflection point of the "inverted Ushaped" relationship move backward,which is conducive to the specialization cluster to continue to play its scale effect.In diversified agglomeration,spatial correlation will make the inflection point of "U-shaped" relationship move forward,which is conducive to diversified agglomeration quickly crossing the inflection point,giving play to the economic effect of scope,and realizing the improvement of urban green total factor productivity.Fourthly,the realization path is analyzed.Under the spatial correlation,there is a "U-shaped" relationship between specialization agglomeration and green technology progress,and an "inverted U-shaped" relationship between green progress efficiency.At present,in specialized agglomeration,the improvement of green progress efficiency is the main path to promote the improvement of urban green total factor productivity.There is a u-shaped relationship between diversification agglomeration and green technological progress and green progress efficiency. |
