Study On Rural Ecological Revitalization In Gansu Province

Ecological revitalization provides an important basis for rural revitalization,is a practical measure to promote the development of beautiful countryside,and is the core support for ecological civilization construction in western China.At present,China’s agricultural development has entered a new stage.The deterioration of the rural ecological environment is a serious problem,which has affected the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In the ecosystem,rural areas,as an important conservation area and carrier,can only promote rural ecological revitalization and maintain the "big ecological" atmosphere in rural areas to build material foundation for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Therefore,rural revitalization cannot be based on rural areas,ecological revitalization,or ecological ecology.The rural ecological revitalization in Gansu province is to achieve multi-subject and all-round progress such as the improvement of rural living environment,the development of modern and green agriculture,the protection of ecological environment,the realization of the value of ecological resources,and the establishment of ecological values of participants.This paper is divided into five parts.Part One:the core concept and theoretical basis of rural ecological revitalization.Analyze the relationship between rural vitalization and rural ecological vitalization,rural ecological vitalization and ecological civilization construction,and clarify the connotation and goal of rural ecological vitalization in Gansu province.Sort out the theoretical guidance of rural ecological revitalization and clarify the value guidance.This paper explores the important theoretical sources of rural ecological revitalization from three aspects: Marxist classical writers,Chinese traditional ecological culture and Sinicized Marxist rural ecological thought.Part two: the particularity and course of Gansu rural ecological construction.The objective factors such as fragile ecological environment,large gap between ecological environment within the province and relatively backward development of ecological economy industry constitute the provincial situation of rural ecological construction in Gansu province.Based on the situation of Gansu Province,from the resource endowment,industrial base,location conditions,according to local conditions,classified policies,sort out its previous measures.Part three:the achievements and experiences of rural ecological vitalization and development in Gansu Province.After stepping into the new era,Gansu rural ecological revitalization has achieved periodic results.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the participants of ecological revitalization have initially prepared ecological and environmental protection values,gradually transformed and upgraded industries to green,low-carbon and circular development,gradually ecological production and life style of farmers,significantly improved living environment,ecological demonstration base,Xiaokang village and other typical ecological demonstration villages have achieved significant results.Summarize the key and efficient experience and enlightenment of Gansu rural ecological revitalization.Part four: the existing problems and causes of rural ecological revitalization in Gansu Province.From the natural dimension,economic dimension,subject dimension and mechanism dimension,this paper analyzes the significant problems in the rural ecological revitalization and development of Gansu Province,and analyzes the causes.Part five: The practical path selection of rural ecological revitalization in Gansu Province.Based on practical problems,we will explore targeted solutions,including:Strengthening environmental protection and restoration of rural ecology in Gansu,deeply exploring the value of rural ecological resources,promoting ecological industrialization and industrial ecology,increasing investment in rural ecological governance in Gansu,playing well the main body of rural ecological governance to stimulate synergistic effect,and implementing various mechanisms to ensure the strengthening of rural ecological revitalization system red line.
