The cultural ecological reserve is a new model of regional and holistic protection adopted to adapt to the living and changing nature of ICH,a new initiative of China in the living protection of ICH,and a new exploration of the collaborative protection of ICH and the cultural ecological environment on which it depends.Cangzhou martial arts,with its long history and numerous disciplines,occupies an important position in the Chinese martial arts.In 1992,Cangzhou City was named the "Hometown of Wushu" by the National Sports Committee,becoming the first prefecture-level city in China to receive this honor.In 2019,the Department of Culture of Hebei Province,in view of the fact that Cangzhou City has concentrated,rich and distinctive martial arts cultural resources,and in accordance with the new background of the national protection of intangible cultural heritage in a holistic and three-dimensional manner,combined with the new idea of the management and construction of national cultural ecological reserve,specially declares "Cangzhou Martial Arts Cultural Ecological Reserve of Hebei Province" as a project of national cultural ecological reserve.The project is to The investigation and analysis of the non-genetic heritage and development of Cangzhou martial arts,and the clarification of the key points and difficulties in the construction of the cultural ecological reserve at this stage,are of great significance to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Cangzhou martial arts and the construction of the cultural ecological reserve in Cangzhou.This study uses literature,survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the construction system and construction strategy of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Protection Zone,and to analyze the cultural ecological structure of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Protection Zone with the support of "cultural ecology" theory.The construction system of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Protection Zone.By investigating the survival of the non-heritage cultural resources of Cangzhou Wushu,a SWOT analysis is conducted on the cultural ecological reserve of Cangzhou Wushu,and the SWOT matrix analysis method is applied to analyze the strategies for the construction of the cultural ecological reserve of Cangzhou Wushu.It will provide theoretical support for the construction of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve,create a harmonious,orderly and stable cultural ecological environment for the construction and development of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve,and serve as a reference for the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional Wushu and the construction of Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve in China.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)In the cultural ecology perspective,based on the theory of collaborative governance and the relevant national policies on the construction of cultural ecological reserves,the construction system of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve was constructed,which contains four primary indicators of natural environment,historical environment,social environment and resource environment,on which 13 secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators were constructed.(2)By calculating the index weights,the indexes and their weight scores were analyzed.Among them,the social environment in the primary indexes has the highest weight score;the political system environment in the secondary indexes has the highest weight score,followed by the economic environment and education environment;the policy policy in the tertiary indexes has the highest score,followed by the legal environment,teacher-apprentice inheritance,school education,economic policy support and talent echelon construction,which should be taken as the focus in the construction of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve.(3)Based on the construction system of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve,we investigate the non-heritage items and related subjects of Cangzhou Wushu,and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Cangzhou Wushu Cultural Ecological Reserve using SWOT analysis.These include five advantages,namely,superior geographical location,convenient water and land transportation,strong cultural heritage,unique cultural image,good survival of cultural resources,solid basic education,and high governmental attention;three disadvantages,namely,lack of academic research,low utilization of science and technology,low utilization of cultural facilities,poorly targeted local laws,and weak legal awareness of inheritors;two opportunities,namely,cultural exchange activities Two opportunities are the large scale of cultural exchange activities,the wide range of influence,and the frequent exchanges between inheritors and private associations;three challenges are the difficulties in developing cultural industries,insufficient financial security,and insufficient talent pool.(4)The SWOT matrix analysis method was used to analyze the strategies for the construction of the ecological reserve of Cangzhou Wushu culture.The growth strategy(SO)includes establishing the brand of Cangzhou Wushu culture,strengthening the construction of the Canal cultural space,and creating a special Wushu cultural tourism line;the strategy transformation(WO)includes accelerating the reform of the administrative system,encouraging the participation of social forces,and improving local policies and regulations;the diversification strategy(ST)includes strengthening the construction of the talent echelon and optimizing the market environment of the cultural industry;the defense Strategy(WT)includes in-depth scientific research,improving the public welfare of cultural facilities construction,and expanding publicity channels.
