Study On The Preparation Of Ligustrazine Dialysate And Its Effect On Dialysis Effect

With the gradual increase of patients with renal failure worldwide,hemodialysis has become the main means of renal replacement therapy.By the end of December 2021,there are nearly 3 million patients with renal failure in China,of which 750,000 patients are treated with hemodialysis,and the number is increasing year by year.Hemodialysis is also the main treatment for patients with chronic renal failure.However,with the long-term treatment of hemodialysis,more and more patients have various symptoms of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,especially myocardial ischemia.In this paper,ligustrazine hydrochloride was used as the main raw material,and dialysate A solution,B solution and purified water were prepared to prepare a new hemodialysis concentrate with therapeutic effect on patients with renal failure and myocardial ischemia.The preparation method,quality standard,methodology validation and therapeutic function of myocardial ischemia were studied.And develop new packaging materials for packaging and transportation.TIn this paper,ligustrazine hydrochloride was used as the research object,and its effects of inhibiting platelet aggregation,diastolic coronary artery,reducing blood viscosity,accelerating red blood cell flow,improving microcirculation,anti-myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction were used as the entry point to carry out follow-up experimental research.In the treatment of kidney failure disease,auxiliary treatment of myocardial ischemia disease.The preparation ratio of ligustrazine dialysate was determined.After methodological verification,high performance liquid chromatography was determined as the detection method of ligustrazine content in this product.The detection time of ligustrazine was13.015 min.The interference test of mobile phase,solvent and excipients was carried out to determine that other items had no interference for this experiment.The RSD value was0.0553 %,which proved that the method had good repeatability.The ligustrazine dialysate used in the experiment has a slightly stronger therapeutic effect on renal failure than ordinary dialysate,and has a good therapeutic effect on myocardial ischemia while having the function of treating renal failure.There was a significant difference in the mean value of creatinine between the experimental group and the control group after dialysis.In the control group,the symptoms of myocardial ischemia did not improve,the ST segment of electrocardiogram continued to move down,and the symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea were still obvious.There was a significant difference in the mean value of Pi in the experimental group.After treatment,the ST segment of the electrocardiogram was normal in the experimental group,the experimental dogs were in a normal state as a whole,the symptoms of myocardial ischemia gradually improved,and the diet and excretion tended to be normal.The ligustrazine dialysate prepared in this experimental study has the effect of significantly reducing creatinine and alleviating the symptoms of myocardial ischemia,which is significantly improved compared with the treatment of ordinary dialysate.The drug penetration rate is high,and the body can be better absorbed.
