The safety and smoothness of technical stations are directly related to the sustainable development of the railway transportation industry,which not only affects the production efficiency and operational efficiency of railway transportation,but also has a significant impact on the entire railway industry.The safety of technical stations is the fundamental support for ensuring the increment of railway freight and promoting the high-quality development of railway freight.For a long time,railway technology stations have formed a professional safety management system for production operations such as train operation and shunting in accordance with the concept of "managing business must manage safety,and managing production must manage safety".However,due to the complex business scenarios,numerous factors involved,and uninterrupted operations of the technical station,the traditional safety management mode that relies on manual monitoring,experiential decision-making,and manual input of safety information is difficult to timely and accurately identify the safety status of production operations in the technical station,and cannot manage the overall safety of the technical station in real-time and accurately,increasing the difficulty of safety prevention and control in the technical station.With the continuous application of advanced technological equipment and data information collection,processing and analysis methods,good technical conditions have been provided for the transformation of railway technical station safety management from post analysis and accountability to pre warning and prevention.Through real-time symmetry of production operation information,safety items are predicted and controlled in advance,preventing accidents from the source of safety problems and before they occur.This article takes railway technology stations as the research object.By analyzing the current situation and problems of the safety management system of technology stations,starting from solving the symmetry of safety management information in technology stations,it studies three key technical issues: building an intelligent safety control system for technology stations,establishing independent monitoring of safety status data,and building an intelligent safety evaluation model.It proposes solutions to the intelligent management of railway technology stations.In response to the issue of the safety management system for production operations in technical stations not being able to achieve pre prevention and the inadequate intelligent system for safety management,modern intelligent technology is applied to solve the technical problems of real-time and dynamic safety management information.A construction idea for building an intelligent safety management and control system is proposed,as well as four major constituent systems: organizational system,control system,technical system,and institutional system.Based on intelligent technology,the organizational system Optimize and design the institutional system.In response to the problem of insufficient data sources for safety management and evaluation monitoring,and in close combination with the characteristics of technical station operations,the demand for intelligent safety data monitoring in railway technical stations is proposed.An intelligent safety data monitoring scheme with deep safety monitoring and real-time warning capabilities is constructed,including three specific schemes,namely the intelligent safety data monitoring technology scheme based on Io T sensors Intelligent security data monitoring technology scheme based on video and audio recognition,and intelligent security data monitoring technology scheme based on logical judgment.In response to the lack of real-time security evaluation and security control measures,an evaluation system of 4 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators for security evaluation was established using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)based on the analysis of safety influencing factors of technical stations and monitoring data.A comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight,fuzzy calculation,and neural network was used to select security data for numerical simulation,and the usability of the evaluation model for technical stations was verified.Finally,a construction plan for the safety control system platform of railway technology stations is proposed.The research results of this paper can explore a new approach to the safety management of production operations in railway technology stations,providing a certain degree of theoretical and methodological support for the transformation of safety management in railway technology stations from post operation to real-time essential safety management 59 images,15 tables,and 63 references.
