Research On The Motivition And Performance Of Environmental Protection Enterprise Carrying Out Reverse Mixed-ownership Reform

Since China’s economy entered the stage of high-quality development,the importance of ecological civilization construction has risen to a new historical height.In this context,the key role of environmental protection industry in improving the governance of the environment is more and more prominent.However,due to the changes of relative policy and the characteristics of environmental protection industry,the problem of difficult financing and high financing cost in this industry is universal.In order to keep up with the upgrading trend of environmental protection industry and get rid of the current development predicament,many private environmental protection enterprises began to introduce state-owned capital for reverse mixed reform as a way out.However,the research about reverse mixed reform on environmental protection private enterprises in Chinese academic word is not much.In addition,it has only been a few years since environmental protection enterprises introduced state-owned capital into the this industry.Due to the lack of theoretical guidance and experience summary,environmental protection enterprises will inevitably waste opportunities in the process of introducing state-owned capital and the subsequent development.Therefore hoping to provide reference for private environmental protection enterprises which will prepare for reverse mixed reform in the future,this paper chooses Cscec Scimeesci.&Tech.Co.,Ltd as the research object,which has introduced state capital into private environmental protection enterprises and maintained stable development,to analyse the motivation and the performance of carrying out reverse mixed-ownership reform.In this paper,the case analysis method is used to study the motivation and performance of introducing state-owned capital into Cscec Scimee to carry out reverse mixed reform.In the main part of this paper,firstly the author reviews the relevant literature on the motivation and performance of reverse mixed reform in private enterprises.Secondly,the paper summarizes the principal-agent theory,synergistic effect theory and property right theory.Then,this paper analyzes the status of reverse mixed reform of environmental protection industry in our country,including enterprise scale,development and so on.Then there are case description and case analysis,including motivation analysis and performance analysis.In terms of motivation,it’s found that the introduction of state-owned capital into Cscec Scimee is influenced by financing constraints,industrial competition,the company’s own capital pressure and resource acquisition intention.In terms of performance,after the introduction of state-owned capital,the company’s financing channels have been expanded and Cscec Scimee also has developed steadily in all aspects.The last part is the conclusion and enlightenment of this paper.This paper finally draws two conclusions:(1)State-owned capital helps environmental protection private enterprises to relieve financing pressure;(2)State-owned capital promotes the integration and upgrading of environmental protection industry.The implications of this study are as follows:(1)The government should actively exert the leading and driving role of state-owned capital;(2)Private enterprises can introduce state-owned capital to promote business development as needed.The innovation of this paper lies in that,the academic world has mostly studied the positive mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises by introducing private capital,while the literature on the reverse mixed-ownership reform is not much.In addition,the reverse mixed-ownership reform in the field of environmental protection has only emerged in recent years.The research of this paper can enrich the relevant literature in this field and provide reference for enterprises with relevant needs.However,the disadvantage of this paper is that most of the data in this paper are obtained from public websites or information platforms,and some unpublished information may have a significant impact on the result of this paper.In addition,most statistics related to the industry need a certain amount of time to be sorted out and published by the authorities,so for this part of data there will inevitablely exist a time lag.
