| China’s energy demand increases with economic growth.The large consumption of resources makes the shallow resources gradually depleted,and the mining range of most mineral resources extends to the deep.When deep coal mining,the roadway surrounding rock is in a complex environment One of the key research objects of mine safety production is the deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock,which has great influence on mine safety production.The buried depth of 2901 working face in Chensilou Coal Mine is large,and the mining of working face has a great influence on the stability of mining roadway.In order to ensure the safety of coal mining,field investigation,laboratory test,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring were used to analyze the stability of roadway in 2901 working face.The appropriate roadway support scheme was designed,and the support parameters were optimized by numerical simulation.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The roof and floor of the mining roadway were sampled and processed into standard specimens,and the physical and mechanical properties of the specimens were tested in the laboratory,so as to obtain the basic physical and mechanical parameters such as rock density,ultrasonic longitudinal wave velocity,water content,tensile strength and compressive strength.The range of Platts hardness of roadway surrounding rock is 3.1~6.3.(2)By analyzing the stress and displacement of surrounding rock in deep roadway,it is concluded that controlling the stress state of surrounding rock and improving the support strength are effective means to control the deformation of deep roadway.(3)FLAC3Dnumerical calculation method was applied to obtain that the peak stress of left side of roadway before and after mining increases from 35.2 MPa to 41.5MPa;it is concluded that the influence range of advanced abutment pressure in front of the work is also increasing with mining,and the stress increase range is 15~25 m.With the increase of mining degree,the displacement increment of roadway roof is larger,and the support of roof should be strengthened.(4)According to the parameter calculation,six roadway support schemes were determined.Through numerical simulation,it is concluded that the roadway support schemeⅠhas the best control effect on the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the active support scheme is preliminarily determined as the roadway support schemeⅠ.(5)Field test of active support scheme was carried out,and the test section was selected to verify the rationality and safety of the optimal support scheme.According to the monitoring results,the active support scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and meet the requirements. |
