Research On Key Technologies Of Gear Measurement Data Cloud Exchange

Gear is the most important basic part of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.With the proposal of made in China 2025,the demand for high-quality gears is increasing.On the basis of the transmission principle of international and domestic gear measurement values,combined with the measurement needs of the "whole life cycle" of gear intelligent manufacturing,standardize the content and format of data and information exchange.At the same time,with the development of cloud manufacturing technology,gear measurement and measurement data exchange and sharing based on cloud platform has become an important topic of power assisted gear intelligent manufacturing.This paper takes the key technology of gear measurement cloud data exchange as the research content.The main research work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the integrity of gear measurement data exchange,a complete framework of gear measurement data exchange model based on GXML(Gear XML)is established,the data exchange interface standard under the module framework is defined,the organization,management,exchange and storage of gear measurement information and measurement data are standardized,and the integrity of "full life cycle" gear data exchange in cloud environment is solved.(2)Aiming at the problem of cloud storage in gear measurement data exchange,based on the data format storage structure of GXML model,a GXML cloud mapping database storage system is designed,which solves the problem of data interactive storage between the GXML data format document of cloud gear measurement information and data and the database management system,and improves the efficiency and security of cloud gear measurement data exchange.(3)Gear cloud measurement data exchange cloud service scheme is proposed.Based on the GXML gear measurement data exchange model and gear cloud measurement database,the overall architecture,storage and transmission mode,interface interaction and gear measurement data output of the gear measurement data exchange cloud service platform are designed on the basis of analyzing the application requirements of gear "whole life cycle" measurement data exchange,It provides technical support for gear measurement,error traceability and gear manufacturing process improvement based on cloud platform.(4)Aiming at the application of gear cloud measurement data exchange,based on the research content of this paper,a gear cloud measurement data exchange platform is developed.Comprehensive tests and experiments are carried out on the cloud service problems such as information and data management and release,evaluation result characterization and data exchange in gear measurement and data exchange,which verify the correctness and feasibility of the research method and content of this paper.There are 84 pictures,7 tables,and 73 references.
