With the accelerated adjustment of the global industrial conversion,the competition among enterprises has largely become the competition of the upstream channel.Having stable and advantageous suppliers can improve the competitiveness greatly,and even can determine the enterprises development trend.Export trading companies are highly dependent on suppliers,select the suppliers with highest match,optimize the relationship constantly,and maintain the stability with suppliers,which is the key for a successful foreign trade company to improve its own competitiveness and enhance their economic performance.And the selection of suppliers depends on the evaluation results of suppliersBased on this situation,this thesis takes Hangzhou Chiely Import and Export Trading Co.,LTD as the research object.According to analyse the current status of the company’s supplier evaluation and selection,the thesis summarizes the existing problems through interviews with the company employees,industry experts,foreign customers.The main problems include imperfect supplier evaluation and selection process,lack of supplier evaluation objectives,lack of supplier evaluation criterion,imperfect supplier evaluation indicators,the evaluation methods are not reasonable and workable.In terms of the problem orientation,the company put forward a series of optimization measures to the supplier evaluation and selection system.It includes reconstructing the supplier evaluation and selection process,determining the supplier evaluation goal,determining the supplier evaluation standard,setting the supplier evaluation index,using the AHP & FCE for the evaluation methods,then put into use the system.Last,Hangzhou Chiely proposes some safeguard measures to guarantee the system implementation smoothly,it from the company environment,company regulatory framework,company information management and financial support.This thesis studies the current situation of supplier evaluation and selection of Hangzhou Chiely Import and Export Trading Co.,LTD.,which has a great significance to the improvement of the company’s supplier selection level and the sustainable development.At the same time,it also has certain reference significance for other trade-oriented export enterprises.
