| Catalytic cracking slurry oil is a major by-product of crude oil, over 20 million tonnes of catalytic cracking slurry oil is produced annually in China, due to the large amount of catalyst particles mixed in it,which limits the effective use of catalytic cracking slurry oil.The commonly treatment method for FCC slurry oil is the auxiliary precipitation method, the catalyst particles are flocculated and settled under the action of the settling agent. In addition, the low amount of settling agent and the high viscosity of catalytic cracking slurry oil make it difficult for the settling agent to be dispersed quickly and evenly, resulting in its inability to play a full role. Therefore,it is important to select a settling agent with stronger adsorption on the catalyst particle surface and to improve the mixing performance of the settling agent with the slurry oil to remove the catalyst particles. The main research elements are as follows:1.Kaolinite was used as a model for adsorption and quantitative calculations were carried out to analyse the adsorption behaviour of organic molecules on the kaolinite surface. The results show that the adsorption of various organic molecules on the surface of kaolinite mainly takes place in the form of hydrogen bonds and secondary hydrogen bonds. The organic molecules with benzene ring structure also have strong electrostatic and van der waals interaction on the surface of aluminum oxygen, and the polyether structure units have the strongest adsorption on the surface of kaolinite. The adsorption energy is-180.97 k J/mol.2.Aim at the FCC slurry oil used in this experiment,a highly efficient settling agent was formulated based on the calculation results. The static mixer was combined with high gravity technology for the mixing of slurry oil settling agent and slurry oil at feed rate of 50 kg/h,RPB rotating speed of 1400 rpm, settling agent dosage of 800 μg/g,circulating time of 30 min, circulating temperature of 80 °C,settling time of 26 h.The ash content can be reduced from more than 11,000 μg/g to 280 μg/g,which reduces ash content by 17.6%compared to the stirred kettle. In addition, the static mixer combined with the high gravity device can reduce the amount of settling agent used by 20% and the cycle time by 14.3% when the treatment results are the same. |
