Micro-nano bubbles have many properties that ordinary bubbles do not have,such as ultra-long life time,ultra-high mass transfer efficiency,and spontaneous generation of hydroxyl radicals of strong oxidizing effects.These properties have led to wide range of applications of micro-nano bubbles in agroindustry,medicine,and aquaculture.This paper presents an innovative and efficient preparation of micro-nano bubbles;and based on the aforementioned properties,we investigate the effects of micro and nano bubbles in fields of environmental protection such as exhaust treatment,as acoustic scatters that can reduce carbon emissions,and in cleaning 3D printed porous products.In this thesis,we use a new method for the efficient preparation of micronano bubbles,which applies an electric field to open the hydrogen bonding of water molecules,meanwhile creating a high-pressure environment to generate micro-nano bubbles in a pressure vessel containing a small amount of deionized water.This method can effectively create nano bubbles with high zeta potential.Compared with the traditional methods,this new method can achieve high gasto-liquid ratio and improve the efficiency of micro-nano bubbles preparation.Lastly,we also investigated the cleaning effect of micro-nano bubble water on3 D printed porous products by preparing micro-nano bubble water solution for cleaning 3D printed porous products.The results showed that the addition of nano bubbles could reduce the harmful chemical cleaning agents,and greatly enhanced the cleaning efficiency.Here,through a series of construction of devices and experimental investigations,we show a great prospect of applications of micro-nano bubbles in environmental protection.we explore the acoustic application of micro-nano bubbles in marine engineering,which showed a good acoustic scattering effect and could greenly replace the traditional particles such as lime powder quartz sand,avoiding the pollution to waters.Since automobile exhaust emissions harm our health and the global environment in various ways,experiments were designed to treat gasoline engine exhaust by strong oxidizing hydroxyl radicals produced by rupture of the bubbles,and reached good treatment effect on CO and other harmful gases.
