Along with our demand for oil and natural gas resources is constantly growing,the exploitation of these resources is shifting towards deeper and hotter formations.However,the fluids in high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas wells generate closed annular pressure after being heated,which can cause the wellbore to rupture or collapse,seriously affecting the safety of oil and gas production.Therefore,it is crucial to study the prediction of annular air pressure in these wells and the effects of such pressure on the cement ring.This research is essential for preventing and controlling annular air pressure,and it holds significant strategic importance for deep oil and gas resource exploitation in China.To achieve accurate prediction of annular pressure in high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas wells,this paper comprehensively uses the semisteady-state temperature annulus thermometer method and annular pressure calculation method,considers the effect of temperature difference between the casing sides on radial deformation of the casing,and combines the structural characteristics of multi-annular oil and gas wells to establish a single annular and multi-annular pressure calculation and prediction model.Based on the mechanism of annular pressure generation,this paper derives the calculation and prediction model for the casing to release pressure and the annular pressure generated by heating,and verifies the effectiveness of the above models through corresponding experiments.Furthermore,this study also delves into the correlation between production parameters and annular temperature and pressure.To investigate the impact of annular air pressure on the integrity of the cement ring,this paper employs finite element software to develop a finite element model of casing-cement ring-formation combination.Through this model,the study analyzes how various production factors affect the cement ring’s integrity under the influence of annular air pressure.In order to further reduce the influence of annulus pressure on production,the calculation method of maximum and minimum allowable annulus pressure in high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas Wells is further improved,and the influence law of related production factors on annulus pressure threshold is analyzed.By calculating the threshold of the annulus,it can provide a reference for the relief pressure threshold and the relief pressure reserve value of the annulus.The model based on the foregoing work,this paper has developed an intelligent prediction and analysis software for annular temperature,pressure,and safety threshold in HPHP well,Implementing this method not only enhances the safety of oil and gas well production,but also increases the work efficiency of engineers.
