Evaluation Study On The Effect Of Rural Habitat Improvement In Xuchang

The rapid development of national economy has effectively promoted the construction and development of urbanization,but at the same time,environmental governance problems still exist in rural areas.The No.1 Central document in 2023 clearly points out that we should scientifically grasp the connotation of rural revitalization,comprehensively improve the effect of rural living environment improvement,actively develop agriculture,and create a comfortable and beautiful livable environment for residents.In this context,Xuchang has actively issued a series of policy documents on the governance of rural human settlement environment,actively carried out the governance of rural human settlement environment and achieved certain results,but there are still problems such as low financial support,low mass participation and lack of long-term mechanism.It can be seen how to further improve the governance of rural human settlement environment and improve the governance effect.It is the key to improve the living environment in rural areas of Xuchang City.Taking Xuchang City as an example,this paper designs a specific evaluation index system for the improvement effect of human settlement environment from six dimensions: rural household waste treatment,toilet manure treatment,domestic sewage treatment,village appearance improvement,village planning and management,and long-term management and protection mechanism.Furthermore,the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of the rural residential environment renovation of xuchang analysis,the following conclusions: one is the general,the rural residential environment regulation effect of xuchang averages 2.8points,a fuzzy comprehensive score between general and more bad,combining under maximum principle,the rural residential environment regulation effect of xuchang general.Second,the average score of rural household waste treatment,toilet manure treatment,domestic sewage treatment,village planning management and long-term management and protection mechanism is 2.28-2.98,all lower than 3,indicating that the treatment effect is general,while the average score of village appearance is 3.83,indicating that the treatment effect is good in terms of village appearance.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of villagers,it is found that the main problems of living environment improvement are as follows: the low level of household garbage disposal;The effect of toilet reconstruction is general,and the utilization rate of fecal waste resource is low.The treatment of domestic sewage needs to be improved;The construction effect of village medical service station is not good;Villagers have low participation enthusiasm and few training activities in environmental remediation and maintenance.In order to effectively improve the improvement effect of human settlement environment in rural areas of Xuchang,specific optimization strategies were proposed from the aspects of improving the level of household garbage treatment,improving the transformation of toilets and improving the utilization rate of fecal waste resources,increasing the domestic sewage treatment,improving the construction of rural medical service stations,and improving the human settlement environment governance system.
