Research On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In China In The New Era

Building ecological civilization is vital to the well-being of the people and the future of our nation.China’s development of environment has faced new circumstances,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Socialism with Chinese characteristics has written a new chapter of development,created “two miracles” on rapid economic development and long-term social stability.However,it is also important to be soberly aware that with the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy.The contradiction between human beings and nature has become increasingly prominent,and resource and environmental bottlenecks have become increasingly severe.Ecological and environmental issues have become one of the main factors affecting the high-quality development of China’s economy and society.Especially in the vast rural areas of China,ecological and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,seriously affecting the development of the rural economy and the happiness index of the farmers.On the new journey,we must vigorously accelerate the construction of rural ecological civilization,providing strong support and solid guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,accelerating the construction of a beautiful China and socialist ecological civilization,and comprehensively building a socialist modern country.This article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly discusses the research background and significance,current research situation,substance,study methods,innovation points,and the definition of related concept.The second part mainly elaborates the theoretical basis and practical significance of rural ecological civilization construction.First,it summarizes the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels,the ecological wisdom contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the ecological civilization thoughts of the previous leaders of the CPC;Then it discusses the practical significance of the construction of rural ecological civilization from four aspects: improving the happiness index of farmers,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,promoting Chinese path to modernization,and promoting the construction of a beautiful China.The third part mainly analyzes the actual situation of rural ecological civilization construction.On one hand,remarkable performance has been realized in the construction of rural ecological civilization,mainly manifested in the significant improvement of rural human settlements,significant progress in green agricultural development,continuous improvement of rural environmental protection legislation,and an increasingly strong rural ecological and environmental atmosphere.On the other hand,there are still exist issues in the ecological civilization construction of rural,such as the serious situation of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control,the phenomenon of industrial and urban pollution transferring to rural areas,the trend of rural ecosystem degradation has not yet been fundamentally reversed,and the construction of rural ecological culture needs to be strengthened.The fourth part mainly discusses the practical means of promoting rural ecological civilization construction.The construction of rural ecological civilization has a long way to go,and it is impossible to accomplish one task at a time.It is necessary to maintain historical patience and strategic determination,adhere to long-term success,adhere to problemoriented,establish and practice the ecological civilization value concept of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,accelerate the formation of an ecological and economic development mode where lucid waters and lush mountains are mountains of golden and silver,and comprehensively promote the ecological system construction of a community of mountains,rivers,forests,farmland,lakes,grass,and sand.Strive to promote the construction of ecological and livelihood based on improving the rural living environment and promote the construction of an ecological civilization system that protects the rural ecological environment with the strictest system and the strictest rule of law,take multiple measures simultaneously to comprehensively promote the construction of ecological civilization in China’s rural areas,and achieve a win-win situation in multiple aspects including economic,ecological,and social benefits.
