| This system takes a large gearbox system of a mining plant as the background,takes gearbox as the research object,builds a fault diagnosis model by using Support Vector Data Description(SVDD)through the research results of theories related to gearbox fault diagnosis and the well-known fault diagnosis systems at home and abroad,and develops a complete set of gearbox online The main work includes the following points:(1)Research on feature extraction algorithm.Aiming at the non-linear and non-smooth characteristics of gearbox equipment vibration signal due to strong noise interference,a variety of relevant data processing algorithms in time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain are selected to extract the features of gearbox equipment vibration signal,and the feature data extracted by different algorithms are all analyzed in the fault diagnosis center for mapping.(2)Research on fault diagnosis algorithm.Considering the subjective arbitrariness of the penalty factor of the SVDD algorithm and the empirical presetting of the Gaussian kernel parameters,a fault diagnosis method based on the improved Sooty Tern Optimization Algorithm(ISTOA)to optimize the SVDD parameters is proposed,and it is compared with the fault diagnosis method using the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)and Sooty Tern Optimization Algorithm(STOA).The experimental results show that ISTOA-SVDD is more effective than PSO-SVDD and STOA-SVDD.SVDD and STOA-SVDD.(3)Data acquisition processor hardware design.The DSP chip is used as the core to design the 4-channel vibration signal acquisition circuit and 2-channel temperature signal acquisition circuit,and other auxiliary circuits;the software design is based on the hardware circuit,using the time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain correlation algorithm to analyze and process the gearbox vibration and temperature signals.(4)Construction of fault diagnosis center.The fault diagnosis center is constructed and the information interaction between it and the data acquisition processor is realized.A part of the data interacted to will be presented to the user in the fault diagnosis center in the form of mapping analysis for fault analysis by the fault analyst;the fault characteristics of the gearbox vibration signal processed by Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT)are selected to gearbox equipment for fault diagnosis.At the same time,the fault diagnosis center also has the functions of data storage,query and display.(5)Test of fault diagnosis system.By accessing the vibration signal of the gearbox on site,the system is tested in three aspects: data transmission function,basic module function of the fault diagnosis center and fault diagnosis function,and the test results show that the system software and hardware are reliable and meet the actual needs of the project. |
