Research On The Application Of Product Innovation Design From The Perspective Of Social Ecology

With the promotion of the manufacturing power strategy,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.As the foundation of the manufacturing industry,the machine tool industry is accelerating the exploration of transformation,upgrading paths and adhering to innovation-driven development.Meanwhile,in the social environment of pursuing ecologically sustainable development,the coordination of product,economic,social,and natural needs have become important concerns during the process of machine tool innovation and development.Therefore,it is crucial to ensure and promote the sustainable and coordinated development of the product ecosystem in the innovation and upgrading processes of the machine tool industry.The subject was oriented towards the actual project of Lanzhou Spark Machine Tool.The innovative design for the company’s series of products was carried out based on the viewpoint of product ecological design,combined social ecological concepts,and thoroughly considered relevant products,enterprises,and social aspects of CNC machine tools.This project can effectively enhance the economic,social,and natural attributes of the CNC machine tool product and assist in achieving sustainable development.Firstly,the product ecosystem was constructed by analyzing the CNC machine tools and their related environmental elements.And the elements affecting the sustainability of the CNC machine tool product ecosystem were extracted by analyzing different levels and attributes in the system.The design requirements were summarized based on the above analysis.Secondly,the design requirement weight was prioritized by using information entropy to analyze the user satisfaction related to design requirements,which was obtained from the Kano questionnaire survey.Then,the key design requirements obtained through screening were transformed into corresponding product functional elements.Corresponding product structure modules and brand characteristics were analyzed to obtain key product design elements and brand design elements.Finally,the design practices that organically integrate product and brand design elements were carried out based on technical,dimensional,and other requirements,completed the overall design of CNC machine tools and serialized product design,built a product identity system for the enterprise.Meanwhile,assisting the enterprise in completing the redesign of abandoned machine tools.Through the verification of practical projects,the innovative design of CNC machine tool products based on social-ecological concepts helped promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of products,enterprises,and society,and expanded innovative design ideas for related mechanical equipment products.
