This article focuses on the residue analysis and risk assessment of novel pesticides in different crops.Firstly, qualitative and quantitative analysis of multiple organic pesticides in different crops is conducted by establishing Qu ECh ERS pretreatment combined with LC-MS/MS and other analysis and detection methods.Deterministic models, probabilistic models or cumulative risk models were used to assess their dietary risks. As the model construction and population grouping are gradually refined, more reliable risk assessment results are gradually obtained. The main research contents are as follows:(1)A Qu ECh ERS-LC-MS/MS method was established to measure the residual levels of benzothiazolinone in apple samples from eight different regions in China, and a typical deterministic model was used to assess their chronic dietary risk.Although the degradation half-life of benzothiazolinone is as long as 23.9 d-33.0 d,the risk value of benzothiazolinone obtained by calculating the national estimated daily intake and comparing it with the acceptable daily intake is 15.5%.The research results show that under standardized use, benzothiazolinone does not pose a serious dietary risk to consumers in China.(2)A probabilistic model and population grouping method were introduced. In the dietary risk assessment of bifenthrin, bifenazate, and bifenazate-diazene,Chinese consumers were divided into different groups based on age, gender, and region.A probability model was constructed through multiple Monte Carlo sampling to complete the risk assessment. The results showed that even the acute and chronic dietary risks of the three compounds were acceptable,However, vulnerable groups such as children and women of childbearing age face higher dietary exposure risks than adults. This research compensates for the lack of protection for vulnerable groups caused by traditional risk assessment methods that do not divide populations and cover all consumer groups with adult data.(3)The concept of cumulative risk was introduced, and the combined exposure risks of metalaxyl and azoxystrobin were normalized by adding liver toxicity doses, and then accurately calculated using probabilistic models. The results of the cumulative risk assessment indicate that although the cumulative exposure risk of hepatotoxicity is acceptable, children face significantly higher exposure risks than the adult population.According to the comparison of risk assessment results obtained by different models,it can be seen that using complex models and more detailed population grouping can obtain more realistic risk assessment results. In future work, research on the dietary risk assessment of pesticides for vulnerable groups such as children should be further strengthened.
