The inverter power supply of SiC switch represents the development of the inverter arc welding power supply.The control system of the inverter arc welding power supply determines the performance of its welding performance.Therefore,the influence of SiC MOSFET frequency on the electric control system of the inverter arc welding power supply is studied in this paper.This paper describes the development trend of inverter arc welding power supply,the physical static and dynamic characteristics of SiC MOSFET power switch and its application in inverter arc welding power supply.The main circuit,control system hardware and software of SiC MOSFET inverter arc welding power supple of ZVZCS phase shift full bridge are designed,and the working principle and soft switch realization process are analyzed.MATLAB numerical simulation is used to study the PID controller and particle swarm optimization PID control,20 k Hz and 80 k Hz SiC MOSFET inverter arc welding power control system precision,response speed and stability.The influences of SiC switching frequency,PID controller and particle swarm optimization PID control on the output characteristics are compared and analyzed.The results show that: The designed SiC MOSFET inverter arc welding power supple has the characteristics of high working frequency and fast response speed.The dynamic response speed of SiC MOSFET inverter arc welding power supple with working frequency of 80 k Hz is better than that of 20 k Hz inverter arc welding power supple.Under open-loop control,the time for output voltage and current waveform to enter steady state is shortened by 1.4 ms.The time for the output voltage and current waveform to enter the steady state is shortened by1.3 ms under PID control,and the time for the output voltage and current waveform to enter the steady state is shortened by 0.4 ms under particle swarm optimization PID control.The high frequency SiC MOSFET inverter arc welding power supple with PID control mode of particle swarm optimization can realize the characteristics of fast response speed,good stability and high precision,and complete the control output of constant voltage external characteristics.
