Seamless steel tubes are an important raw material and are extensively used in aerospace,petroleum exploration,urban transportation,chemical and electronic industries.With the accelerating and advanced development of seamless steel tube production,the market demand for seamless steel tube products has a refined and intelligent production orientation.In recent years,the "dual carbon" policy has become an important direction for the era to realize a green manufacturing system,and the research and development of intelligent,green and low-carbon has become the pulse of the era.Manufacturing enterprises regard the "dual carbon" policy as the driving force for leapfrog development,so the production and research of seamless steel tubes are also facing the need for intellectual development.To achieve the purpose of high efficiency,low consumption,and green processing of seamless steel tube production,this topic adopts the artificial intelligence method to develop and establish an intelligent prediction and control model for the continuous rolling process,which is mainly used for product prediction and process control of production process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establishing a classical analytical mathematical model for the continuous rolling process of seamless steel tubes from the process of continuous rolling,and analyzing and calculating process parameters such as:hole parameters,speed parameters and force-energy parameters.(2)By using Matlab,an intellectual prediction model of tube shape and rolling force in continuous rolling of seamless steel tubes is constructed,and the target parameters are predicted by using an artificial neural network improved by an optimization algorithm.Finally,the accuracy and feasibility of the established intelligent prediction model are verified using production data.(3)Based on the characteristics of continuity and regularity of rolling forces in stands during continuous rolling of seamless steel tubes,an intelligent prediction model of long and short-term memory network improved by optimization algorithm is established to predict rolling forces in each stand of continuous rolling units in real time,and the accuracy and feasibility of the intelligent prediction model are verified.(4)Use the intelligent prediction model and the continuous rolling process mathematical model to establish an intelligent prediction and control model for the rolling force,realize the intelligent adjustment of the rolling force,and ensure the production stability of the seamless steel tube.After theoretical research,process model,and intelligent prediction model research,a closed-loop system in which process model,and intelligent prediction and control model are mutually corrected is established.The performance meets the performance requirements.
