With the development of digitization and intelligence,pharmaceutical packaging printing enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the quality control of the whole process.Currently,pharmaceutical packaging enterprises generally face problems such as unreasonable personnel and machine inspection equipment configuration,complex quality inspection processes,and the need for rework due to shortages of printed materials,which make it difficult to achieve full-process quality control.This paper constructs a pharmac eutical packaging quality inspection system based on the multi-color fusion theory,which is aimed at controlling the entire process.It helps to realize reasonable and effective configuration of machine inspection equipment and quality inspection personnel,improve the efficiency and quality of quality inspection,achieve efficient use of machine inspection equipment,and strengthen process control.The specific contents are as follows:(1)A quality inspection system model for medicine packaging,which is based on the multiple objective set theory and applicable to full-process control,is developed.This model involves the selection of process steps,corresponding quality inspection methods for each step,and the selection of quality inspection unit sets for each inspection method during the printing production process.(2)Combining with the measurement system analysis method and introducing the Kappa statistic,a classification system for quality inspectors is developed to achieve consistency between the attributes of the quality inspectors and the mechanical inspection equipment.This system is used to select quality inspection units from the inspection unit sets.The feasibility of this classification system is validated through examples.(3)Based on the theory of sampling characteristic curves,the optimal number of quality inspectors and inspection equipment is determined.An evaluation and optimization method for the configuration system is proposed,and the scientific,rational,and effective configuration of the system is validated through comprehensive evaluation values calculation results.(4)The threshold setting and optimization methods for mechanical inspection equipment are studied using kernel density estimation and Bayesian decision-making methods.The feasibility of the threshold optimization method is demonstrated through an example of the inspection process for printed products in Factory A.(5)Based on the constructed model mentioned above,a pharmaceutical packaging quality inspection system for full-process control of three types of printed materials was studied as an example.The system was built by configuring the number of quality inspection personnel and equipment based on the quality inspection system,and the effectiveness of the configuration was verified.In conclusion,this study constructed a pharmaceutical packaging quality inspection system based on the multicolor set theory,realizing full-process quality control and solving the problem of irrational configuration of quality inspection personnel and machine inspection equipment.It is of great significance for further improving the efficiency of quality inspection personnel and machine inspection equipment,reducing printing costs and production waste,and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
