Pork is the main meat product consumed by Chinese residents,accounting for as high as 64% of Chinese people’s meat consumption,and it is increasing year by year.In recent years,the pig industry chain has become more and more perfect.The pig industry chain includes feed production,pig breeding,pig slaughtering and product sales.As a core node enterprise in the industry chain,Xin Wufeng,which is responsible for pig breeding,needs to undertake the environment under the whole industry chain.responsibility.Like other pig breeding enterprises,Xin Wufeng wants to rapidly expand the scale of breeding,and the breeding model has also changed from a selfbuilt and self-raised attempt to a leasing model and some issues have brought new challenges to its environmental cost management.The article firstly sorts out the relevant literature on the environmental cost management of pig breeding.And expounds sustainable development theory,externality theory,environmental resource value theory and value chain theory,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent case studies;secondly,taking Xin Wufeng as a case,according to the composition of its environmental cost and management status,it is found that The related problems exist,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,that is,the corporate strategic goals do not fully consider corporate social responsibility,and the corporate value chain lacks consideration of production and operation under the leasing model;then,the optimization of the environmental cost management plan under the Xin Wufeng leasing model is carried out Design: According to the previous classification of environmental costs,this paper maximizes the reduction of environmental loss costs through the control of environmental prevention and environmental maintenance stages,and builds the overall framework of the environmental cost management system under the leasing model based on this.From the perspective of environmental prevention cost,strengthen the research and development and procurement of green formula feed,introduce passive ear tags to estimate the digestibility of pigs to realize customized feeding,and use biological deodorization technology to carry out green decontamination;in terms of environmental maintenance cost,optimize pollution treatment technology and Staff allocation,increase the inspection frequency of water pollution and solid pollutant treatment equipment;expand the scope of environmental costs in terms of environmental loss costs and actively compensate residents for welfare losses to reduce environmental loss costs.It is hoped that through the research on the environmental cost management optimization of pig breeding under the Xin Wufeng leasing model,it can provide a certain reference for the environmental cost management of the leasing model of other pig breeding enterprises.
