| Blast furnace is the core equipment in iron and steel smelting production,now the mainstream blast furnace operating status monitoring method is to collect the blast furnace cooling wall water temperature difference data to calculate the blast furnace cooling wall tiny heat flow strength,to determine the operating status of the blast furnace,while using the appropriate blast furnace cooling operation to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the blast furnace.Small heat flow strength monitoring systems for blast furnace cooling walls usually use a distributed fieldbus structure.The structure has defects such as high temperature cable wiring difficulties,construction and maintenance costs,and wired data monitoring often occurs data loss and damage.For the above two problems,this paper proposes the monitoring system of blast furnace cooling wall based on industrial wireless network,as follows:(1)The measurement accuracy of the traditional temperature collection device is generally ±0.5℃,which can not well meet the high precision requirements of the cooling wall water temperature monitoring of the large blast furnace.Using MAX31865 and the core components,using the four-wire resistance compensation connection method and adaptive Kalman filter algorithm.Through experimental verification,the temperature measurement accuracy of this module reaches ±0.02℃,which can meet the requirements of high-precision water temperature difference data collection in the industrial field.(2)In view of the many monitoring nodes of blast furnace cooling wall and the difficult construction of monitoring system network,the scheme of using Lo Ra industrial wireless communication technology is put forward.Since the cooling wall of the blast furnace is a small application environment,the distance between the node and the gateway uses the star topology structure,which reduces the difficulty of the network and increases the communication efficiency.Meanwhile,a Lo Ra-based wireless communication program was designed based on the custom / networking protocol.The experimental results show that the networking effect,communication distance and communication power consumption of Lo Ra can meet the production demand of the field industry.At the same time,in view of the data monitoring on data use difficult,lost,designed through the NB-IOT industrial wireless technology report data to cloud platform,and relying on China mobile One NET cloud platform,set up the blast furnace cooling wall tiny heat flow strength application platform,implements the temperature data,node power and gateway GPS positioning information and related industrial production data of real-time visual display.This paper designs and tests the blast furnace based on industrial wireless network,and the results show that the system is expectations and has practical value. |
