The rapid development of Wireless Communication Technology and the rise of Industrial Internet stimulate people’s demand in having access to corresponding information services in time in their life and work.Due to the complex scientific and technological information,disperse resources,and unbalanced development of the noncoal mining industry,it is difficult to provide mobile scientific and technological information services for the workers in this field.To cope with these questions,this paper designs and implements a science and technology information service platform for non-coal mine industry based on the mobile Internet.By conducting a detailed analysis of the business requirements of employees in the field of non-coal mine,this paper divides the scientific and technological information of non-coal mine into three types,including knowledge information,equipment and material information,and project procurement and bidding information.At the same time,theories and technologies related to mobile Internet theory are applied in page and function module design based on the data characteristics and expression form of different information.The platform back-end is implemented through the open source cross-platform ASP.Net core 3.1 framework.For improving the efficiency of development and maintenance,and platform scalability,the concept of micro-service architecture are applied to decouple the platform into multiple services and develop each functional module independently.While Vue.js is applied in the foreend implementation framework for its rich component library to complete the visualization of information data with different structures in the field of non-coal mine.Finally,this paper tests the main functions of this project.Pressure test is conducted through Apache JMeter to ensure the reliability.At present,the platform is operating online with good condition so that worker in the field of non-coal mine can have access to professional scientific and technological information services through their smartphone at anytime and anywhere.With the establishment of information database for the industry of non-coal mine,it is of significance both in theory and practice to promoting the research and development of non-coal mine informatization progresses.
