| Robot,a machine simulating human or biological behavior,is widely used in industrial production,medical and health,national defense,military and other fields by replacing human beings for heavy and repetitive work.Robot has an increasingly significant impact on human society.Its development,manufacturing and application are an important symbols to measure a country’s scientific and technological innovation and the level of the high-end manufacturing industry.At present,robots are mainly constructed by rigid bodies,but their performance is unstable and lacks flexibility in complex terrain,and their ability to pass through narrow space is also limited.Based on the principle of bionics,the concept of bionic software robots is proposed.Bionic soft robots is a robot made of flexible materials.It naturally has high flexibility and excellent adaptability.Bionic soft robots have great application potential in the fields of medical treatment,rescue,wearable devices and so on.Flexible actuator is the core component of bionic robot,which determines the function and performance of robots.According to different excitation methods,the actuator can be divided into thermal,electric,magnetic,light,humidity response and solvent response actuators.Compared with other mechanisms,photo-actuator has many advantages.First,it can realize remote wireless control;Second,sunlight can be used to stimulate energy;Third,the response to different wavelengths can be realized.Therefore,the photo-actuator has become the hot spot in actuating fields in recent years.The huge demand for bionic intelligent machinery in the future intelligent society provides a broad space and unprecedented opportunities for the research and development of photo-actuating devices.MXene is a novel graphene-like two-dimensional layered material,in which M represents transition metal elements and X represents carbon or nitrogen elements.MXene film has many excellent properties,such as multi-excitation,high elastic modulus,high photothermal conversion efficiency and flexibility.It is suitable for the construction of high-performance flexible photo-actuators.Here,we combine the advantages of paraffin phase transition and the excellent optical properties of MXene to construct a high-performance flexible photo-actuator based on MXene-paraffin composite film.The actuator has the advantages of large actuation amplitude,low excitation threshold,fast response,long service life and good thermal sensitivity.MXene-paraffin composite actuator also has good man-machine interaction and can produce directional movement driven by finger heat.The successful preparation of the flexible actuator lays a solid foundation for the development of a new MXene based bionic robot.In addition,a multi excitation flexible actuator based on MXene-carbon nanotube composite film is further developed.In the humidity driving mode(50% to 77%),the actuator can realize the change of bending angle from-29.8 ° to 127.4 °.In the optical driving mode,the actuator can change the bending angle from 57.4 ° to 311.9 ° in 2.33 s.By changing the number of CNT layers,the humidity sensitive response range of the actuator can be adjusted to meet the needs of different application scenarios. |
