In view of the common technical problems of uneven powder mixing on the surface of powder bed and low granulation yield in the multifunctional top-drive high shear mixed wet granulator,as well as the engineering background of the serious lack of relevant granulation mechanism research,a collaborative integrated coupling simulation technology of the multifunctional top-drive high shear mixed wet granulator process and device was developed.Innovative research and development of high efficiency and multifunctional top drive high shear mixed wet granulator.The collaborative coupling control theory of the key quality attribute of the top drive high shear mixed wet granulator--the characteristics of the top drive high shear mixed wet granulator--process parameters was established in the simulation study.The research results provide theoretical and technical support for the industrial application of the key technologies and devices of the top-driven wet granulation process,which are integrated with the whole process and intelligent fine control of the quality of science and the success of technology.The multi-functional conical cutting knives and 3D integrated stirring paddle are innovated and developed,which can strengthen the axial and radial mixing motion of multi-component powder on the surface of the powder bed,and solve the technical problems of the uneven mixing induced component stratification in the ring powder bed and the uneven dispersion induced caking of wetting and softening high viscosity raw powders in the traditional top-drive high shear mixing wet granulator.The mixing performance and yield of the top-drive high shear mixing wet granulator were improved.Based on the collaborative coupling of EEPA contact model,CFD and DEM,the collaborative integration coupling simulation technology of multi-function top-drive high shear mixed wet granulation process and device was developed,and the empirical control model of the collaborative coupling of the key quality attributes of granulation--spray gun process parameters--structural characteristics--viscous resistance torque of stirring impeller was constructed.The on-line fine control of high shear mixed wet method is realized.The simulation has verified that the use of lateral inlet micro fluidization drying technology can achieve the fluidized drying function of a multifunctional integrated top drive high shear mixing wet granulation machine under the condition that the stirring impeller does not rotate,and at the same time inhibits the granulation breakage induced by the stirring impeller rotation,and further improves the granulation yield.The particle size and yield of the top drive high shear mixed wet granulator can be effectively improved by increasing the particle wet dry ratio,surface energy density and stirring speed.The results show that the top drive high shear mixed wet granulator can produce 500 to 1200μm particles,and the yield is as high as 95%.
