Stainless steel vacuum insulation cup is a kind of thermal insulation container commonly used in people’s life.In the production process,its thermal insulation performance must be strictly guaranteed.The vacuum degree is the key index to measure the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation cup.At present,most manufacturers still use hot air injection and artificial judgment for the detection of vacuum degree of thermos cup.The disadvantages of this detection method:consumption of a lot of power energy,labor cost,low degree of automation,low efficiency.In order to improve this situation,this paper studies the test scheme of vacuum degree of thermos cup,and puts forward three methods to test the vacuum degree.And the detection system is designed and developed,the main work is as follows:(1)The method of measuring vacuum degree of thermos cup with weighing method is proposed,and the scheme of measuring vacuum degree of thermos cup based on weighing method is designed.The principle of measuring vacuum degree with weighing method is as follows: Put the thermos cup into the vacuum box for vacuumizing.During vacuumizing process,the weight change of the thermos cup with air leakage at the welding interface of vacuum layer is obviously different from that of normal thermos cup.In this paper,the sealing property of vacuum layer of stainless steel vacuum insulation cup is tested,and the vacuum degree of the cup is classified,so as to measure the insulation effect of the cup.Complete the overall structure of the system,the design of the industrial computer for the main control,PLC for slave control of the control system,the selection of the components,set up the whole system.The weight classification algorithm of thermos cup is designed based on SVM.The system software is written and the interactive interface of the system is developed based on touch screen.(2)Two batch test schemes for vacuum degree of thermos cup are proposed,one based on temperature sensor array and the other based on infrared camera.Using Solidworks,mechanical structures of the two testing schemes are designed in detail,including loading,transport device,temperature measuring unit,sorting frame,etc.(3)The batch recognition algorithm of thermos cups is designed for the batch detection scheme of thermos cups based on infrared camera.By comparing the methods of image preprocessing,the preprocessing method and process of thermos cup infrared image are determined.The center location algorithm of thermos cup based on Hough transform is designed to realize the batch identification and location of thermos cup.(4)The classification method in the cooling process of thermos cup is studied.In view of the problem that the dimension of temperature cooling sequence data is too large,piecewise linear representation PLR algorithm is used to compress the data.According to the characteristics of temperature series,the Euclidean distance weighted by time points was proposed to measure the similarity of time series data.Through experiments,the accuracy of different classification methods was compared.Finally,1-NN algorithm was selected to classify the temperature series of thermos cup cooling process.The whole process of batch test of thermos cup based on infrared camera is developed,and the interactive interface is realized according to the core function of the system.
