Aerobic composting technology is an effective disposal method for organic solid waste,which can not only reduce its environmental pollution,but also obtain organic fertilizer resources to achieve harmless treatment and resource utilization.Aiming at the current problems of aerobic composting facilities such as poor thermal insulation,poor material mixing uniformity,low automation,large floor space,and inconvenient movement,a drum type intelligent aerobic composting reactor has been developed to provide certain equipment and technical support for the fertilizer treatment of organic solid waste.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall scheme design of aerobic composting reactor.The reactor is mainly composed of four structures: mixing drum,transmission system,control system and fixed support.The core part is a drum-shaped mixing drum.The volume of the mixing drum is about 28.84 L.A left-handed spiral blade is uniformly welded on the inner wall of the mixing drum to replace the traditional mixing shaft.The mixing is sufficient and there is no blind area.At the same time,the control system adopts PLC intelligent touch screen control and traditional manual setting,which not only meets the progressiveness of intelligent control,but also retains the traditional habit of manual setting.(2)Simulation analysis of mixing drum.By using ANSYS Workbench software to carry out finite element analysis on the structure of mixing drum and spiral blade,analyze its stress and deformation,so as to strengthen its strength and rigidity and improve its service life.At the same time,through the discrete element method,using the EDEM software to simulate and analyze the working state of the mixing drum,analyze the interaction between particles,simulate the movement process of compost materials in the mixing drum,and understand the mixing law and particle distribution of materials in the mixing drum.(3)Aerobic composting test.The prototype of the new reactor was trial-manufactured and debugged,and the aerobic composting experiment was conducted for 20 days with kitchen waste,bacterial residue and straw as composting materials.During the whole composting process,the temperature,p H value,material moisture content,organic matter content and apparent phenomenon indicators are monitored to judge the compost maturity and its effect.During the composting process,the maximum temperature of the pile reaches 54 ℃,the p H value at the end of composting is basically stable at about 8.5,the moisture content is 35.8%,the organic matter content is 76.77%,and the fertilizer is in a small brown ball state without odor.The test results show that the compost indexes basically meet the requirements of organic fertilizer maturity,and that the reactor is relatively good at treating organic solid waste,and has a certain promotion prospect.
