In the context of“Double Carbon”,all kinds of industries’ green transition and upgrading have always been a hot topic in academa.At present,there are few mature research achievements in the field of construction,and it is difficult to carry out the empirical study due to the lack of theoretical evidence and related official data.For the purpose of research on the influence of green transition and upgrading of construction industry,the paper attempts to resolve the differences in the level of green transition and upgrading in each province.Based on the entropy weight Topsis method and super-efficient SBM method,In this paper,we measures the green transiation and upgrad of the construction industry,prove the key factors of the green transformation and upgrad,and give some policy recommendations.First of all,measure the construction industry green transition upgrade effect of the composite index.Based on the input-output perspective,entropy weight Topsis model and super-efficiency SBM model are established to analyze the input level and efficiency of green transformation and upgrading in construction industry.The results indicate that the general trend of green transition and upgrad of construction industry is rising,and there are regional differences between east,middle and west areas.Based on the actual situation of construction industry,this paper points out the relation between influential factors and green transformation and upgrading of Chinese construction industry,which is the basis of empirical model of influencing factors of green transition and upgrad of construction industry.Secondly,the paper builds the two-way fixed effect model,analyses the key factors influencing the green conversion and upgrading effect.On the basis of the availabe panel data from 2005 to 2019,the influential factors are classsified as internal industry and external macroeconomy.The results indicate that the internal factors have an incentive effect,and the effect of ownership structure is influenced by different areas,time and level of development.Environmental regulation has a reverse U-shape effect on the level of green conversion and upgrading of the regional building industry.There is a strong correlation between opening up and green transformation and upgrading in the developed eastern region.Human capital and regional technology innovation are beneficial to the promotion of green transition and upgrading.The empirical results will be helpful to the improvement of the construction inidustry’s green transformation and upgrading.Finally,build VAR model,analysis and forecast of the key influence of green conversion and upgrading in Beijing.Based on the availabe time series data from2005 to 2019 in Beijing,the ADF test and Johansen test were established to analyze and further verification of the impact of factors on the green transition and upgrading of construction industry.The effects of impulse response and variance decomposition are used to forecast the trend.The results indicate that most of factors have a good effect on the green transition and upgrading of construction industry,which is consistent with the previous empirical results.The influence of opening up and regional technology innovation on it is deviated from the previous achievements.
