Study On Optimization Of Safety Management Of YB Chemical Co.,Ltd.

With the development and improvement of enterprise management,safety management is gradually being more and more valued by enterprise managers.Meanwhile,the Party Central Committee and the State Council are also very concerned about reducing production accidents.In the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee(2016),General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we must thoroughly stop the frequent occurrence of production accidents,emphasized the need of establishing a scientific and reasonable "Double Preventive Work Mechanism".On October 9th,2019,the Safety Commission Office of the State Council officially released Suggestions on the Construction of A Dual Prevention Mechanism,in which it publicly proposed the basic framework and the goal of “ Double Preventive Work Mechanism ”.According to that,experts from the National Emergency Management Agency and other institutions jointly proposed the management mode and scheme.YB Chemical co.,ltd is a large chemical corporation,widely popular amongst local government and residents.However,the author conducted in-depth analysis on the current safety management system of Yb chemical industry through field visits,questionnaire survey of employees and other research methods,and found that the enterprise has weak risk identification and control ability,and lax implementation of hidden danger investigation and treatment in safety production management.Based on the double prevention mechanism and combined with the problems existing in the safety management of the enterprise,this paper puts forward optimization measures and guarantee measures for the safety management of Yb chemical industry,and constructs a scientific and effective double prevention mechanism for Yb Chemical Co.,Ltd.,so as to realize the high efficiency of enterprise safety management.
