| With the promotion of the national new energy strategy and the establishment of the“double carbon” goal,the demand for lithium batteries has exploded,and the important component of lithium batteries,ternary positive electrode material,has ushered in a golden development period.However,in the face of opportunities,some small and medium-sized ternary cathode material enterprises misjudged the direction of market demand,made blind investment and disordered expansion,resulting in fierce market competition,continuous decline in profit space,and not optimistic financial situation.As the representative enterprise of this industry,L company is also facing a great challenge.As can be seen from the publicly disclosed annual report data,since 2017,the operating turnover capacity of L Company has continued to weaken,gross profit margin fluctuation has declined,the net cash flow generated by operating activities and net profit have been inverted for years,and the financial risk is large,and it is urgent to adjust the financial strategy.In the framework of Harvard analysis,this paper conducts a comprehensive study on L Company’s financial strategy from four dimensions: financial strategy matching analysis,financial strategy accounting analysis,financial strategy effect analysis and financial strategy prospect analysis.In the dimension of financial strategy matching analysis,PEST,Porter’s Five Forces,SWOT and other models are used to analyze the environment facing Company L as well as its own advantages and disadvantages,so as to judge whether the financial strategy adopted by Company L matches with the environment it faces,its own advantages and disadvantages and the overall corporate strategy.In the dimension of financial strategy accounting analysis,the accounting items closely related to financial strategy are analyzed to provide reliable support for the subsequent strategic effect analysis.In the analysis dimension of the effect of financial strategy,the solvency,profitability and operation capacity are integrated into the financial strategy,and the implementation effect of the financial strategy is comprehensively analyzed based on the three kinds of financial capabilities.In the perspective of financial strategy analysis,based on whether the current financial strategy can achieve the financial strategy goal of maximizing sustainable development ability and whether it can support the enterprise to achieve the overall strategy,the future development prospect of the current financial strategy is analyzed and judged.Through comprehensive analysis,it is found that the financial strategy of L company has some major problems,such as excessive reliance on short-term financing,excessive concentration of investment direction,continuous double high accounts receivable and inventory,narrow profit distribution scope,etc.The current financial strategy cannot achieve the goal of maximizing the enterprise’s sustainable development ability and cannot support the enterprise to achieve the overall strategy.In view of the above problems,measures such as optimizing financing sources,adjusting investment direction,changing credit policies and expanding the scope of profit distribution are given.This paper explores and studies the full dimensional integration of financial strategy and Harvard analysis framework,providing new ideas for L Company and other small and medium-sized ternary positive material enterprises to quickly and effectively analyze the problems existing in financial strategy,and providing references for enterprises to optimize financial strategy and promote sustainable development. |
