Research On The Application Of Miaodigou Painted Pottery Decorative Elements In The Design Of Casual Women's Clothin

Miaodigou painted pottery records many of the ancestors’ beliefs and pursuits in a special way,and is a unique chapter in traditional Chinese art.Contemporary Miaodigou faience art is mostly confined to museums and increasingly marginalized in the public eye.This project aims to deeply explore the cultural connotation and decorative elements of Miaodigou faience pottery,take modern casual women’s clothing as an innovative design medium,and test the ideas proposed in the topic through specific design practice,so as to effectively expand the communication channels of Miaodigou faience art.Through the study of relevant literature,museum visits and other research methods,the first-hand data of Miaodigou painted pottery is analyzed and summarized,and the development status and consumer demand of casual women’s clothing are analyzed,so as to find the fit point of Miaodigou faience decorative elements in the casual women’s clothing market.Guided by market and consumer demand,fully explore the development space of Miaodigou faience decorative elements in casual women’s clothing,and apply the innovation of Miaodigou faience art to casual women’s wear design with points and surfaces,combined with diversified design schemes.This project summarizes the application principles and innovative design methods of the decorative elements of Miaodigou faience in the design of casual women’s clothing,and carries out design practice,which is applied in the two series of design schemes of casual women’s wear design "Say Tao" and "Tao Hua",of which "Tao Hua" design completed the physical production,which verifies the views proposed in this paper.This project fills the gap in the application of decorative elements in the field of casual women’s clothing,provides a method and theoretical reference significance for the inheritance and development of more traditional Chinese arts,on the other hand,it further inherits and develops the art culture of Miaodigou painted pottery,broadening the carrier of its inheritance and development.
