Pipeline transportation is a relatively safe and economical transportation method in natural gas transportation.During the transportation of natural gas,pipelines will fail due to corrosion,external influences,and material defects,resulting in pipeline leaks or fractures.Therefore,natural gas pipeline accidents are controlled.Occurrence is very important.In order to better avoid the occurrence of natural gas pipeline accidents,the key is to do a good job in the management and control of the natural gas transmission process.The problem of pipeline path selection is one of the important tasks of engineering design.Doing this job can avoid pipeline leakage to the greatest extent.The occurrence of accidents can not only reduce the economic losses of enterprises,but also ensure the safety of life and property of residents along the route.Based on the Qingning natural gas pipeline construction project,this thesis comprehensively evaluates risk and optimizes pipeline routing algorithms to plan the natural gas pipeline path.First,based on the natural and social environmental data of the study area,based on the multi-index fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a risk evaluation level and index system for the pipeline laying area is established.Then,the risk indicators are converted into visual obstacle factors for regional construction projects,and the path optimization algorithm is used to plan the natural gas pipeline construction path to optimize the low-risk pipeline construction trend.Finally,the index system and model are combined with actual engineering projects.The Qingning natural gas pipeline construction is taken as an example to verify the method,determine the pipeline trend,and compare the scheme with the actual pipeline design method to select the optimal design scheme.This method evaluates the regional risk level based on the environmental data of the project construction area,gives an optimized pipeline construction route,and guides the pipeline construction project’s path selection process.Finally,the method proposed in this paper is compared with the actual engineering design plan.Compared with the engineering design plan,the pipeline path of this research method is reduced by about seventeen kilometers,and the cost of pipe material investment alone can be reduced by about 5.5 million yuan.At the same time,land acquisition compensation and other costs are also correspondingly reduced.It can be seen that this research method can reduce the investment cost of construction by considering the factors affecting the path planning along the pipeline construction and combining the path optimization algorithm to optimize the pipeline direction,reduce the risk of pipeline construction and operation and its impact on the surrounding environment.
