| With the upgrading of national environmental control indicators,National IV diesel has not met environmental protection requirements.A refinery in Shandong has only one set of 1million tons/year mixed gasoline and diesel fuel.The hydrogen refining device was designed in accordance with the National IV standard during construction.According to the supporting conditions of atmospheric and vacuum equipment,catalytic equipment,coking equipment and other equipment,it is calculated that there is a shortage of about 500,000 tons/year of diesel upgrading equipment,that is,the existing equipment has insufficient diesel hydrogen upgrading capacity.The main research task of this paper is to combine the actual situation of the enterprise and realize the purpose of upgrading the product quality and capacity expansion of the 1million tons/year gasoline and diesel hydrofining unit based on the principle of optimal rate of return,the problem of producing high attachment value VI vehicle diesel by mixing high density and low attachment value catalytic diesel under low pressure hydrogenation was solved.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the reaction system,fractionation system,hydrogenation system,compressor system,etc.,through combing and analyzing the current status of the company’s existing material balance and other processes,investigating new technologies,organizing technical bidding,tracking experimental analysis,and engineering transformation And other methods to complete the transformation plan,experimental demonstration,project implementation,calibration report,etc.This article summarizes and analyzes the progress of diesel hydrogenation product quality upgrade technology,discusses technology bidding and catalyst engineering experiments with 5 related process technology service providers at home and abroad,and selects for diesel product quality upgrade and expansion and transformation Technical solutions.By replacing advanced catalysts and advanced process control technology without adding new reactors,investment is reduced and expected goals are achieved.Through continuous tracking and calibration of the improved 1.2 million tons/year gasoline and diesel hybrid hydrorefining unit,and analyzing the operating cycle of the catalyst,it is concluded that Topsoe’s high-efficiency catalyst selection is successful,and the device is normal.After operation,it can directly produce high-end diesel products that meet all national VI indicators.In the case of high catalytic diesel blending ratio,the product diesel cetane number can increase by 7 units.The produced hydrogenated gasoline products can be directly used as reforming raw materials.This technological transformation project has achieved product quality upgrades and equipment expansion with the smallest economic investment and the shortest transformation time.For the enterprise,the return on investment is the best,laying a good foundation for the enterprise to improve economic and social benefits. |
