Catalytic reforming is an indispensable technology in modern petroleum refining industry,and it has been developed rapidly in recent years.Continuous catalytic reforming technology is one of the important advances in catalytic reforming technology in recent years.It provides more suitable reaction conditions according to the characteristics of catalytic reforming reaction,as a result,it obtained higher aromatic,liquid and hydrogen yield.Continuous catalytic reforming technology will be the focus of catalytic reforming technology’s development in the future.The technical development needs to be based on practice,so the discovery and solution of problems in actual operation of the continuous catalytic reforming unit has great practical significance for developing the catalytic reforming technology.In this thesis,based on the actual running state of a continuous catalytic reforming unit in a refinery enterprise,observing and recording the productive process of device during daily outdoor operation and indoor adjustment,focusing on the frequent operating items and control difficulties of the device,problems were identified and proposed after my own thinking and combing,including short lifetime of clay in refining system of mixed benzene,unstable anti-surge control of compressor,unable usage of the automatic control circuit of mixed benzene fractionation system,etc.Afterwards,combining with the history of the unit,took advantage of my expertise and experience,in-depth analysis of the causes for the problems was carried out from the aspect of technology,automatic control,equipment,etc.The main reasons were excessive load of clay,inapplicability of the control system and scheme,difficult control of the system,etc.According to the above reasons,I consulted the relative literatures and reports to find out how they analyze and resolve the problems in similar devices,and then put forward individual feasibility countermeasures for each problem.Subsequently,the proposed problems and individual countermeasures were submitted to the company to be reviewed and approved,then I put the countermeasures into practice,in order to test their effectiveness.During the implementation of countermeasures,I was responsible for checking every step from design to material selection and to installation,coordinating with all departments,following up and solving abnormal situations synchronously to improve and repair the countermeasures in time,ensuring the smooth implementation of the countermeasures.After personal consideration and conclusion,the obtained effective countermeasures are as follows: combining with white clay pots’ refining before and after the tower,using modified clay,reforming the anti-surge control system of compressor and applying advanced control system,etc.After the implementation of countermeasures to solve the problem,remarkable results have been achieved: the cost of clay was reduced,the by-products such as dry gas were fully utilized,and the thermal efficiency of the furnace was improved,the automatic control effect of the compressor was improved,the energy consumption of the compressor was reduced,the automatic control level of the mixed benzene fractionation system was improved,the product quality was guaranteed to be qualified.Finally,the operation level of the device was optimized,the operation quality was improved,and the safety and stability of the device were guaranteed,leading to the improvement of the development of catalytic reforming technology.
