| With the development of drilling technology,more and more data needs to be transmitted from the downhole to the surface system in real time,and the demand for data transmission rate continues to increase.The existing data-while-drilling data transmission technology still has a lot of room for improvement.This paper attempts to solve the problem of data transmission while drilling by using the more mature underwater acoustic communication technology,which mainly includes the following three parts: system analysis,hardware design,and experimental testing.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research status of the data-while-drilling technology is introduced.The previous work of this continuity project is summarized.The basic principles and advantages of the sound-while-drilling data using drilling fluid as the transmission medium are expounded.Secondly,introduced the overall scheme of the acoustic data transmission system while drilling,and the source,channel,and Shinjuku parts of the transmission system are analyzed separately.Third,the source part of the sound wave data transmission system is designed,including the transmission drive module circuit,pulse transformer and the impedance matching circuit of the transducer,analyzed the impact of the underground environment on the transducer,and designed the resonance frequency of the transducer.Dynamic tracking.Fourth,the sink part of the acoustic wave data transmission system is designed,including the preamplifier circuit,band-pass filter circuit and automatic gain control circuit of the receiving module;the range of the signal received at the sink is analyzed;an innovative design is made QPSK data acquisition and processing system based on Lab VIEW.Finally,experimental testing.Firstly,the dynamic matching module of the transducer is tested experimentally to determine the maximum output power when the working frequency of the transducer is 8KHz;the designed automatic gain control circuit is tested to verify that the automatic gain control circuit meets the design index requirements.Innovatively designed a pipeline data transmission experiment test plan;conducted a hydraulic cycle acoustic wave data transmission experiment.The experimental results show that the designed acoustic data transmission system while drilling can realize the data transmission rate of 1000bit/s in the 53 m water pipe.The designed data acquisition and processing interface can realize the signal acquisition and decoding,and the bit error rate is 0.6 %. |
