| In recent years,advocated by the nation’s green development and given the circumstances of winning the war of pollution control,our country and local governments at all levels have strengthened the control over air pollutants emission.Among the treatment of air pollution,the treatment of VOCs is especially crucial.While the treatment of fugitive emission without origins is much more difficult among the treatment of VOCs.Storage tank is the crucial original of VOCs fugitive emission in the petroleum and petrifactionindustry.At present,the emission treatment of VOCs storage tank in the downstream refinery enterprise has formed relatively mature methods while the treatment of VOCs at upstream crude oil tank is still on the way.For the high humidity and salinity of coastal areas,the corrosion is stronger and then coastal treatment is much more difficult than inland treatment.The object of this paper is the treatment of fugitive emission of VOCs at some coastal float tank.By doing research on approaches of waterborne coatings and once-sealed optimization at the edge of floating,the paper looks for the best experimental conditions and plans of governing VOCs under the circumstances of strong corrosion along the coast.Simultaneously,on the basis of transforming once-sealed structure of existing floating,it will finally attain the goal of reducing once-sealed leakage and consequently cut the emission of VOCs.The thesis firstly researches on the ways of waterborne coating.In the laboratory,it tests the effect of temperature and humidity on drying time of waterborne coating.The best drying effect of waterborne coating is as follows: the temperature is from 5 to 40 degrees Celsius,the humidity is 80%.In addition,the mock experiment on bubbling in various layers is made.The thickness of coating single layer is no more than 90μm,then it will avoid rain-soaked bubbling to the greatest extent.With the validation,after the implement of waterborne coating,the emission of VOCs is deducted by 86.4%.On the basis of enhancing coating,optimizing the technology of sealed edge of floating,I test the impact of petroleum volatile in diversified conditions by doing experiments on installation,the height of contact surface with the tank and the sponges’ resilience and finally fix and implement the design of once-sealed structure with full sizes.The target of lessening leakage is accomplished.After the above treatment,the study will calculate the final results via the formula method in the guidelines for VOCs Emission Origin in Petrochemical Industry(referred to as guidelines),then make the treatment achieve the expected goal.It also provides the foundation and experience for other domestic treatment of fugitive emission. |
