Sunlight cannot fully meet the absorption spectrum required by different plants at different growth stages,and non absorption spectrum can inhibit plant growth.In modern plant factories,greenhouses,and plant tissue cultivation factories,using high-efficiency,low-power artificial light sources to supplement light and lighting plants has become an essential condition for improving plant cultivation efficiency.However,there are still problems with plant lighting devices that use LED as the main light source,such as high power consumption,and the relationship between lighting uniformity and lighting area cannot be well balanced.First of all,this paper proposes a lighting system for plant growth based on the lighting mode combining LD and LED.We add a triangular prism shaped base plate element to the traditional array type optical structure to increase the degree of light coupling and expand the lighting area.We use Taguchi method to design and conduct experiments to study the impact of different influence factors on lighting uniformity,Compared with the lighting effect of traditional array type bottom plate structure,a plant lighting source with an illuminance uniformity of 88.54% and a color mixing uniformity of 84.75% was finally obtained,which effectively expanded the lighting area by 31.03% compared to the array type plant lighting source,verifying the effectiveness of the scheme.In addition,considering that two light source modules may be used in different applications,this paper uses Trace Pro simulation software to establish two lamp group models with the same parameters,and studies the impact of lamp group spacing on lighting uniformity.When the lamp group spacing is 40 mm,the lighting uniformity is the best,with illumination uniformity of 87.98% and color mixing uniformity of 77.53%.At the same time,we have also verified the uniformity of illumination on the top and sides of plants during their growth.The uniformity of illumination on the top and sides of plants fluctuates around 80%,while the uniformity of color mixing stabilizes around 83% as plants grow.Secondly,based on the optimal structural parameters obtained by simulation,this paper designs and builds a plant lighting system that combines LED and LD,in which 12 red LEDs,12 blue LEDs,and 4 red LDs are connected in series to form a lighting module,using PT4115 E driver module and NLED_CON_The 8v2.18 channel PWM dimming control board performs constant current driving and irradiance adjustment for LED and LD light sources to meet the light requirements of different plants at different growth stages,laying a foundation for practical applications.Finally,based on the designed plant lighting system,this article has carried out the preparation of the light source module and through the operational testing of this system,recorded the relevant experimental data of the lighting system,and obtained experimental results that match the simulation data.The experimental results show that the lighting system can provide a good light environment for plant growth.
