| The emergence of rotary steerable tools has provided a new technology for directional drilling.In this thesis,based on the research project of “Industry Application of Rotary Steerable Drilling System(RSS)”,the following works have been carried out with the development of Static Push-the-bit Rotary Steerable Drilling Tool(SPRSDT)as the research object:According to the actual down-hole working conditions of PRSDT,the key parameters of RSS are the dynamic well deviation and tool face,their error influencing factors were analyzed,and a real-time measurement method based on magnetic signal was proposed and implemented to eliminate the influence of drilling tool vibration and rotation.Based on the working principle of SPRSDT,the control scheme of SPRSDT was analyzed and optimized for the different factors of tool attitude,steerable target and steerable rib position while drilling.By means of vector analysis,the bias resultant force vector was synthesized and decomposed,a steerable force decomposition control scheme was proposed and implemented.The demand of control parameters downlink of RSS was analyzed,a coding and decoding scheme of RSS downlink transmission system with amplitude shift keying was proposed,Pulse Position Modulation(PPM)coding was adopted to modulate the downlink transmission information,and negative pulse signal of drilling fluid pressure with different pulse width was generated by controlling the normal drilling fluid discharge of shunt riser,and finallythe purpose of downlink transmission of control command was achieved.With the help of the project and its experimental conditions,the main technical specification of measurement,control and identification of downlink data in the drilling process were analyzed,the functions of the measurement and control system proposed in this thesis were tested and verified. |
