| For modern home life,the sources and types of indoor environmental air pollutants are more and more,and the VOCs released by interior decoration materials is the main factor.Indoor VOCs has many kinds,complex components,toxic and irritating effects on human body,so the prevention and control of indoor VOCs is particularly important,how to deal with indoor VOCs is the focus of the industry.This article mainly from four aspects,the first part is to choose the appropriate activated carbon as an adsorbent material,the second part is designed according to the actual situation electric swing adsorption experiment device,the third part is to investigate temperature,purge gas flow rate,time and other factors on the electric swing absorption,The fourth part is to study the changes of the electrothermal properties and adsorption properties of activated carbon materials after the continuous electric swing adsorption experiment.The results show that 20-40 mesh coconut-based activated carbon is suitable for indoor VOCs adsorption due to its excellent pore structure.The designed adsorption experiment device runs stably during the experiment,and can accurately control the experimental temperature by adjusting the voltage and current of the DC power supply,which effectively verifies the feasibility of electric swing adsorption on indoor VOCs prevention and control.Activated carbon electric swing adsorption was investigated by temperature,purging gas flow rate and time.It was found that the order of influence was as follows: temperature > time >rging gas flow rate.The optimal experimental conditions were temperature 100℃,desorption time 70-85 min,purging gas flow rate 1.25m3/h.After the continuous transformation electric swing adsorption experiment,the electrothermal performance of activated carbon was improved,and the activated carbon still had a good adsorption capacity for indoor VOCs.After six times of electric swing adsorption,the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for benzene was 96.15% of the original. |
