With the rapid development of Chinese cigarettes,the production of cigarettes has gradually shifted from extensive processing to refined production.Therefore,higher requirements for the control of cigarette production process control.Tobacco leaves are one of the key links in the production process of roasting cigarettes.It is required to evenly apply the material to the flowing leaf flow according to the process ratio.The operating conditions of the drum and feed machine during the application solution directly affect the quality of the tobacco leaves.In response to the problem of large fluctuations in process parameters and uniformity coefficients and material solution in the process of feeding,the research and analysis of the effect of adding feed machines with the feed machine,improving the efficiency of the feeding machine is of great significance to improving the feeding process.This article uses a discrete element simulation method to analyze the effects of the speed,inclinedness,and the distribution of the roller’s roller,and the effect of the distribution of nail nails in the drum on the effect of adding feeding leaves.Through the orthogonal test,the optimal operating parameters are obtained,and the authenticity of the test platform verifies the results of the simulation experiments,and the experimental results are in line with the simulation results.The main content of this article is as follows:First of all,the research significance and background status of this topic are briefly explained.The survey and analysis of the research status of domestic and foreign tobacco leaves and the application status of EDEM software are briefly described.The problems existing in the feeder and the feeding process were analyzed and explained.Then introduce the influencing factors of the mixing principle of the tobacco leaf adding machine,the influencing factors of the tobacco leaf adding feed effects,and analyzed the basic principles and mechanical models of the discrete element method,and the evaluation method of the effect of the tobacco leaf feeding effect.Because the following needs to be carried out to explore the effect of the material,the simulation parameters of the tobacco leaves need to be calibrated.Finally,the tobacco leaf pine ratio is 0.3,the amount of shelter cutting of the tobacco leaves is1.5 m Pa,the tobacco leaf-tobacco leaf collision recovery coefficient 0.6,the tobacco leaf-stainless steel collision collision Restore coefficient 0.6,tentacular rolling friction coefficient 0.4,tobacco leaf-stainless steel rolling friction coefficient 0.05.Secondly,the parameters set by the previous article and the data obtained by the tobacco factory simulate the tobacco and roller,and analyze the effects of the roller speed,inclinedness,and roller rake nails on the effect of the feeding.The operating conditions parameters,that is,the roller speed is 9 R/min,the inclinedness is 3 °,and the number of rake nails is 10 rows.Finally,the authenticity of the testing platform verified the simulation results was designed to obtain the optimal operating conditions of the feeder roller.
