The return of cultural self-confidence and Chinese culture,as well as the public’s wide recognition of Chinese life art,make a large number of furniture enterprises quickly rush into the new Chinese furniture market to catch up with the upsurge.Firstly,this study conducted a survey on the new Chinese furniture market,pointed out that the current new Chinese furniture mainly has problems such as serious homogenization and lack of Chinese connotation,used the evaluation construction method to clarify the factors of consumers’ purchase intention in the homogenized new Chinese furniture products,combined with expert opinions,put forward some methods that can improve the added value of new Chinese furniture,and carried out quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software and Amos 24 software,It also puts forward the design direction of using enamel technology to improve the connotation of Chinese style and solve the homogenization of products.Through the design and analysis of enamel technology,combined with the product construction method of "mushroom" model,taking the bedside table as the case of design practice,the standardized system design is carried out,and the obtained design practice is quantitatively analyzed,so as to obtain the basic criteria and suggestions that enamel technology can enhance the added value in New Chinese furniture.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.By scanning the market,we can get the product characteristics of the current new Chinese furniture: the consumer group of the product is younger;More diversified material selection;The shape is more refreshing and concise,the design trend of de symbolization appears,and the function is still relatively single.2.The data analysis shows that the main problems in the current development of new Chinese furniture are product homogenization and lack of Chinese connotation,and points out that the causes are due to the lack of guidance of mature design theory and the lack of designer ability,as well as the lack of clear market positioning and demand analysis of target groups in the development of new Chinese furniture,resulting in mutual imitation under market competition.3.Through the evaluation construction method,this paper clarifies 45 factors of consumers’ purchase intention in homogeneous products,and summarizes them into five aspects: material,shape,function,processing technology and Chinese connotation.Combined with expert opinions,it puts forward 16 methods that can improve the added value of new Chinese furniture,such as focusing on the innovation of main materials and colors,environmental protection and materials of auxiliary materials,realizing the innovative application of decorative materials Pay attention to the matching of hardware accessories and style.4.Establish the evaluation index system for enhancing the added value of new Chinese furniture,and determine the weight and consumer demand priority of 16 three-level indicators and 5 two-level indicators.According to the weight analysis,the factors affecting consumers’ purchase of new Chinese furniture are "processing technology > Chinese connotation >material > function > modeling".Among them,the finishing technology has the greatest impact on the processing technology,and the decorative materials have the greatest impact on the materials.5.From the perspective of solving the lack of Chinese connotation of new Chinese furniture,this paper determines the design direction of applying traditional skills to improve Chinese connotation,and determines the enamel technology through the classification and screening of629 intangible cultural heritage of traditional skills.Through case analysis,three ways and two characteristics of enamel technology applied to new Chinese furniture are obtained: enamel can be used as base material,decorative material and hardware accessories in the application of furniture,and pay attention to pattern innovation,decoration and functionality.6.The mushroom model is used to develop the new Chinese bedside table,so as to solve the problem that it is difficult to mass produce and promote enamel technology in New Chinese furniture.Through the moderately variable bedside table model and confirmatory questionnaire,we get the methods and conclusions that enamel can indeed improve its added value.From the perspective of lifting value,the effect applied to the facade is greater than that applied to other facades;For a single facade,when the proportion of enamel decorative surface is between 1 / 3 ~2 / 3 of the facade,the added value will be better improved;In addition,the application of enamel technology for the promotion of added value is also affected by gender.7.Put forward the general design method of enamel technology applied to new Chinese furniture,including decoration in the visual center,transformation of functional proportion into decoration proportion,and interval decoration,emphasizing the difference between harmony and contrast,which is extended to the design of other furniture items in indoor space.
