Stellite alloy is mainly a high-temperature alloy with cobalt,chromium and tungsten as the main element,which is a difficult metal material with high temperature resistance,high hardness,corrosion resistance and low heat dissipation.The high-speed milling characteristics of Stellite6 alloy are studied in depth,and the influence of milling parameters on cutting force,cutting temperature,surface roughness,machining surface texture and chip morphology is studied by combining simulation and experiment,and the milling parameters are optimized and analyzed to obtain the optimal combination of milling parameters.The main research content are as follows:(1)Establishment of material intrinsic model,simulation model and orthogonal simulation test program for high-speed milling of Stellite6 alloy;(2)Within the range of selected milling parameters,the influence of milling parameters on the cutting force and cutting temperature of simulation and test during high-speed milling processed Stellite6 alloy was studied,and the empirical formula was established and the simulated and tested results of cutting force and cutting temperature were compared and analyzed;(3)The orthogonal test research and analysis of the surface roughness was carried out,and the order of the primary and secondary degrees of the influence of milling parameters on the surface roughness was obtained from the range analysis,and the surface texture observation and analysis of the surface texture of the Stellite6 alloy workpiece was carried out in a single-factor test;(4)Using the single-factor test method,the influence of milling parameters on cutting force,cutting temperature,surface roughness and chip morphology was studied.Through the study,the factor that has the greatest influence of milling parameters on the cutting force is the feed per tooth,and the smallest factor is the cutting speed.The factor that has the greatest influence on the cutting temperature is the cutting speed,and the smallest factor is the radial depth of cutting;The factor that has the greatest influence on surface roughness is the feed per tooth,and the smallest factor is the radial depth of cutting.
