| Children’s education has always been highly valued by Chinese parents,and preschool education is the initial stage of life education.Literacy is the foundation of basic education,and it is suitable for the educational enlightenment of preschool children.As a medium for children to contact Chinese characters,literacy toys can entertain and teach children.While playing an educational function,they can also exercise children’s thinking and hands-on ability,and have broad development potential and market prospects.This paper takes preschool children and parents as the target user group,and takes the demand for parent-child interactive literacy toys as the research point.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the target users,market research and analysis,user demand analysis and design basis extraction,and design practice and evaluation four Research and design verification of parent-child interactive children’s literacy toys.The main findings are as follows:(1)The characteristics of the target users of the parent-child interactive children’s literacy toys are summarized by the literature research method,and the theoretical basis for the design is provided.The physical characteristics,psychological characteristics,language characteristics,parent-child interaction needs and characteristics of parent-child interactive toys of preschool children were summarized.The influence of preschool children’s perception,observation and attention characteristics on design,the influence of emotion,thinking and memory characteristics on design,and the characteristics of preschool children’s language development are obtained,and the design points of children’s toys are established.And also extract the hierarchical model of parent-child interactive toys from parent-child needs,and formulate the model for parent-child interactive toys.(2)Analyze the materials and literacy methods of 40 children’s literacy products through market research,and conduct separate research on 5 literacy apps,disassemble and analyze the materials of literacy toys,and optimize the literacy methods of literacy toys and literacy apps.Weakness analysis.Paper was found to be the most frequently used material in children’s literacy toys,followed by wood and plastic,and the five literacy forms appeared almost equally frequently in the literacy category.The literacy methods of the Literacy App are concentrated in the four major sections of recognition,writing,reading,and testing.The number of fonts is about1,000 words,and the classification is mostly three.The interactive type is mainly fun games.(3)Use the questionnaire survey method,interview method and KANO questionnaire model to summarize and prioritize the user needs of parent-child interactive children’s literacy products.Important feedback from children and parents: the characteristics of pictographs are very helpful for children to understand the shape and meaning of words,79.1% of children tend to play toys with their parents;77.6% of parents tend to let children in the preschool stage of 3-6 years old.Literacy,doubt about the willingness to use literacy software,the most important thing is the safety,fun and interactivity of toys.At the same time,we investigate the needs of parents for literacy toys: word bank suitable for preschool children,regular literacy sequence,easy learning without burden,safety and quality,enough fun to attract children,after literacy can be learned and put into practice,and children’s needs There are 14 areas such as immediate and correct feedback to parents.(4)Through the research and summary of literacy methods,using children’s picture books as corpus materials,collecting 32,255 Chinese character texts,using python programming to extract Chinese character frequency,and conducting cross-analysis with the "Common Chinese Characters Table of Modern Chinese Characters" to retain the overlapping parts Finally,according to the classification theory,the "Grading Character Table of Basic Characters for Preschool Children" was obtained,with a total of 807 Chinese characters.The graded word list is integrated into the toy design and becomes a font library for literacy toys.The final design presents a jigsaw-style parent-child interactive children’s literacy toy,which requires the participation of children and parents,so that parents become the main role in teaching children’s literacy;the materials are wood,plastic and paper;the color is mainly wood,The macaron color system is in line with the cognitive characteristics of children,and at the same time enriches the color of the literacy toy,which is convenient for storage and retrieval;the toy allows children to learn and understand the meaning of the word on the basis of recognizing the shape of the word,and has a preliminary understanding of the strokes and radicals of Chinese characters.understanding and awareness. |
