| In this study,the nutrient components of 92 peanut samples from Hotan,Alar and Urumqi in Xinjiang,such as fat,crude protein,ash,moisture,fatty acid content and their ratios,were compared and analyzed.The alcohol extracts of peanut plant roots,stems,and leaves were compared and analyzed.The polyphenols and their DPPH free radical scavenging ability were compared and analyzed,and the composition of the polyphenols was analyzed.And compared the differences among the above-mentioned components of peanuts in the three regions.It is proposed to provide basic data for the peanut resources suitable for planting in the three regions,improve the quality of peanuts,and correctly guide the correct planting of the peanut industry.The following conclusions were drawn from the experiment:(1)The fat contents of 92 peanut samples ranged from 42.32% to 58.45%,and peanuts with high fat contents accounted for 5.43% of the total peanut samples.The crude protein contents ranges from19.71% to 29.95%,the ash contents ranges from 0.21g/100 g to 0.44g/100 g,and the moisture contents ranges from 4.29% to 10.72%.By comparing the nutritional quality of different varieties of peanuts,Huayu 969 and 1609 can be planted as dominant varieties in Hotan;Huayu 664,Huayu 666,Huayu 963,Huayu 22,Huayu 25,Huayu 36,Ji Hua 752,Huayu 655,Jihua 18,Huayu 956,Zhonghua 412 and Shanhua 18 were planted in Alar as the dominant varieties;Huayu 967,Zhonghua 413 and Si Lihong were planted in Urumqi as the dominant varieties.(2)The palmitic acid C16:0 contents of peanuts in Urumqi(7.24%~15.59%)and Alar(6.58%~13.42%)where the flowers are grown is significantly higher than that of Hotan(6.78%~12.58%);the C18:1 of Hotan(36.55%~76.86%)peanuts is significantly higher than that of Alar(33.87%~78.61);the linoleic acid C18:2 of Alar(2.50%~41.01%)peanuts Significantly higher than Hotan(4.41%~38.67%);Hotan(37.72%~78.47%)peanut MUFA was significantly higher than Urumqi(34.53%~78.03%)and Alar(35.26%~79.86);Alar(2.51%~41.02%)peanut PUFA was significantly higher than Hotan(4.41%~38.67%);Hotan(76.39%~83.99%)peanut UFA was significantly higher than Alar(74.19%~83.72%);Hota(0.95~16.64)n peanut O/L was significantly higher than Urumqi(0.81~19.71)(P<0.05).From the perspective of nutrition,Hotan peanut varieties Huayu 666 and 14I100,Alar peanut varieties Jihua 2 and Yuhua 1,Urumqi peanut varieties Huayu22 and Puhua 28 can be planted as dominant varieties in the corresponding regions.The nutritional value of peanuts is higher.From the perspective of storage tolerance,Hotan peanut Huayu 662,Huayu 968,Huayu 969,14I100,Si Lihong,and Huayu 666 can be planted as dominant varieties.Urumqi peanut varieties Jinhua 7,Huayu 666,Jihua 2,Yuhanghua 1,Huayu 656,Huayu 956,Tianhong Peanut and Shanhua 18 can be planted as dominant varieties.(3)The contents of total phenolic acids of peanut root extract(0.11 g/100g~0.39 g/100g)and stem extract in Hotan(0.30 g/100g~0.64 g/100g)were significantly higher than those in Urumqi and Alar;Hotan and Alar peanut leaf extracts were significantly higher than Urumqi(0.45 g/100g~0.93 g/100g)(P<0.05).The contents of flavonoids in Alar peanut root extract(0.45 g/100g~0.71 g/100g)was significantly higher than that in Urumqi(0.48 g/100g~0.77 g/100g)(P<0.05);Urumqi was significantly higher than Hotan(0.48 g/100g~0.59 g/100g)(P<0.05).The scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals of Urumqi peanut stems was significantly higher than that of Hotan(P<0.05);Urumqi(0.88 g/100g~1.72 g/100g)and Alar(1.32 g/100g~1.92 g/100g)peanut leaves were significantly higher than Hotan(1.07 g/100g~1.64 g/100g)(P<0.05). |
