| “Xiaobai” apricot fruit color light yellow transparent,smooth hairless,mouth sweet and dense,is one of the early apricot varieties.Due to the high temperature summer harvest season,short maturity period,easy to rot and other factors,it is not easy to store and transport,and the storage period at room temperature is generally 3-5 days.The nature of “Xiaobai” apricot that is not easy to store restricts the development of fresh apricot industry to a large extent.In order to solve the storage problem of “Xiaobai” apricot,the effects of three composite coating agents,chitosan/konjac glucan,chitosan/beeswax and chitosan/konjac glucan/beeswax,as well as the effects of nano-active packaging box on postharvest physiology,biochemistry and storage quality characteristics of “Xiaobai” apricot at room temperature and cold storage were studied in this experiment.The main research results are as follows:(1)The coating conditions of three different composite coatings on apricot fruit epidermis: The coating conditions of three composite coatings on apricot fruit surface are different.The composite coating of chitosan/Konjac glucomannan/beeswax showed good coating property and uniform coating distribution.The composite coating of chitosan/Konjac glucomannan has the problem of uneven coating and thicker coating area.The distribution of chitosan/beeswax composite coating on apricot fruit epidermis is uniform,but the coating is thin.(2)At room temperature,three kinds of composite coatings,chitosan/konjac glucomannan,chitosan/beeswax,chitosan/konjac glucomannan/beeswax,were used to coat “Xiaobai” apricot,and nano active packaging box and PET container were used to pack.The three composite coatings and nano active packaging box had certain preservation effect on “Xiaobai” apricot fruit.During storage,apricot fruits in blank treatment group will reach a higher respiratory peak,while coating treatment and nano active packaging treatment can effectively reduce the respiratory peak,so that the soluble solid,titrable acid,vitamin C and other substances in apricot fruits decrease slowly during storage,so that apricot fruits maintain good storage quality.At the end of storage,the fruit decay rate in the chitosan/konjac glucomannan/beeswax treatment group was decreased by 21.92% and 51.78%,and the peak respiratory rate was decreased by 20.87% and 18.81%,and the peak respiratory rate could be delayed,compared with that in the nano-box blank group and the PET box blank group.According to comprehensive analysis,the application effect of chitosan/Konjac glucan/beeswax treatment under the nano-active packaging box is significant in the preservation of “Xiaobai” apricot,which can extend the storage life of “Xiaobai” apricot at room temperature for 3-6 days.(3)Under refrigerated condition,each group was treated with normal temperature.The different treatments could maintain the nutrient content and regulate the enzyme activities in the apricot.At the end of storage,the fruit decay rate in the chitosan/konjac glucomannan/beeswax treatment group was 48.98%and 65.99% lower than that in the nano-box blank group and the PET box blank group,and the peak respiration rate was 8.59% and 14.20% lower than that in the nano-box blank group.According to comprehensive analysis,the application effect of chitosan/Konjac glucan/beeswax treatment under the nano-active packaging box is significant in the preservation of “Xiaobai” apricot,which can prolong the storage life of “Xiaobai” apricot under cold storage for 6-12 d. |
