The Application Of Traditional Cloud Shoulder Elements In Silk Scarf Design

As a representative work of traditional clothing culture in China,Cloud shoulder,as a unique presence in the historical development of clothing,embodies profound artistic attainments in its patterns,shapes,and craftsmanship.The research on traditional cloud shoulder art in China has never been interrupted,and the most important significance behind this is to spread traditional Chinese culture and inherit clothing classics.This article is based on the analysis of the characteristics of traditional cloud shoulder elements and applies cloud shoulder art elements to scarf design.It mainly studies the artistic connotation of cloud shoulder clothing by sorting out the shape and decorative features of cloud shoulder patterns,and designs scarves that are different from other traditional cultural themes.This aims to combine traditional culture with modern scarf design,and achieve the goal of innovative design through practical exploration of cloud shoulder art.Firstly,by reviewing relevant literature and conducting on-site investigations on cloud shoulder Clothing,the richness and authenticity of the research materials are ensured.Provide a detailed explanation of the relevant research background of the project,provide an overview of the historical origin and development of cloud shoulder,and lay a sufficient theoretical foundation for the research of the project;Secondly,conduct in-depth analysis and research on the artistic elements and characteristics of cloud shoulder,including patterns,colors,craftsmanship,and morphological structure.Research has found that the shape of the cloud shoulder when unfolded on a flat surface can be divided into: willow leaf shape,four in one shape,lotus shape,bat shape,and butterfly shape;The forms presented during three-dimensional expansion are: one piece,stacked,connected,and mixed;The design themes on cloud shoulder are mainly divided into plant,animal,character,utensil and combination categories,with different types of patterns having their own characteristics;The color scheme of cloud shoulder has formed a unique pattern and program requirement of the "Five Elements and Five Colors" influenced by religion;cloud shoulder mostly uses edge decoration and embroidery techniques to vividly depict the patterns on cloud shoulder.Subsequently,representative brand cases of silk scarves were selected to analyze the design elements of silk scarves from three aspects: color,pattern,and composition.The design methods of traditional cultural elements on silk scarves were summarized,providing design ideas for innovative design of silk scarves.Finally,taking the shape,color,and pattern of cloud shoulder as the design starting point,combined with modern scarf design elements,we will carry out scarf design practice and complete the production of the work.Through the above research,it is concluded that traditional cloud shoulder elements have strong cultural application and research value,and can be extracted and redesigned for traditional cloud shoulders.The excavation of traditional patterns can not only inherit and develop the art of cloud shoulder clothing,meet the current personalized aesthetic needs,and add cultural research and product selection for traditional culture enthusiasts,cloud shoulder art enthusiasts,and scarf consumers,with a dual value of aesthetics and practicality.
