In recent years,with the great impact of Chinese sports events and national fitness program,Chinese people’s fitness consciousness has been increasing,which stimulates sports consumption market to expand.At the same time,with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s cultural level,consumers’ demand for products is gradually changing.Sports pants are playing an increasingly important role in people’s daily life.For female consumers,they have a deeper demand for details design and personalized features of sportswear.However,there are few studies on personalized design and customized recommendation of sportswear styles at present.Therefore,based on the principle of Kansei Engineering and modular design,this paper aims to explore the customization differences of overall preference and detail preference among consumers,and establish a customized recommendation and interactive design system of female sports pants,so as to meet the personalized needs of consumers.This paper first collects a large number of style drawings of female sports pants,and extracts design elements through morphological analysis of the pants’ features,in order to select 19 experimental samples for modular design.Then,based on the theory of Kansei Engineering,a large number of perceptual adjectives describing the styles of female sports pants are collected,screened and classified from 7 perspectives,and 7pairs of perceptual adjectives are finally obtained.Then,the perceptual questionnaire survey is conducted to obtain consumers’ perceptual image of female sports pants styles,and the mapping model of consumers’ perceptual image and perceptual vocabulary is established according to category I of quantitative theory.Combined with the above mapping model,a personalized recommendation model based on user perceptual preference is established.The model divides user perceptual preference into overall preference and detail preference,and personalized recommendations are carried out accordingly.The concept of module similarity is introduced into the model of detail preference,and the similarity between different module elements is quantified by European distance method,so as to provide a personalized customization from details to the whole.Moreover,based on the mapping model,the fitness function of interactive genetic algorithm is constructed and the optimal design model is established based on interactive genetic algorithm.With the help of Matlab software,the interactive design system is also established.Finally,the operation process of the interactive system is tested by user examples,and the design scheme satisfied by users is output to verify the feasibility of the system.The design results are presented by three-dimensional software to realize the preliminary docking between design and production.To summarize,based on Kansei Engineering,modular design and interactive genetic algorithm,this paper establishes an interactive design system for female sports pants,which can accurately grasp users’ individual needs,reduce users’ time cost in the process of personalized customization and provide a method for intelligent customized clothing design.
